| The game of "Creative Movement Area" is one of the outdoor independent games of S Kindergarten.It is built with large equipment and various materials,and then children play games on the structures.This kind of outdoor independent games is conducive to promoting the development of children’s physical movements,sociality and independent exploration ability.Based on this feature,it is more necessary for teachers to guide and inspire children in such games.Effective guidance from teachers is the key to promote children’s independent exploration.However,from the practical point of view,during the one-month pre-survey,by observing the development of the game of "Creative Movement Area" in kindergarten S and interviewing the teachers in charge,we found that there were some problems in the organization and implementation of the "Creative Movement Area" game by the front-line teachers,mainly: the teachers were responsible for the construction before the game,and the shape of the game remained unchanged for a long time;the teachers did not participate in the guidance during the game;and the teachers did not organize the sharing and review session after the game.In response to this realistic problem,this study takes the various problems of teachers’ guidance in the kindergarten "Creative Movement Area" game as the starting point,divides the"Creative Movement Area" game into "design drawings","hands-on construction" and"sharing and exchange".The study adopts an action research paradigm,aiming to solve the practical problems encountered in the game development through action research,and to build a more systematic system for the "Creative Movement Area"game.The purpose of the action research is to solve the practical problems encountered in the development of the game through action research,to build a more systematic and effective teacher guidance strategy for the three sessions of "Creative Movement Area",to provide more practical inspiration for other kindergarten teachers,to put forward targeted suggestions and considerations for the development of "Creative Movement Area" in kindergartens,to improve teachers’ ability to guide "creative movement By improving teachers’ ability to guide the "Creative Movement Area",we eventually improve the level of children’s play and promote children’s independent inquiry and comprehensive development in the"Creative Movement Area" game.The study will focus on three sessions of the "Creative Movement Area" game,each of which will be conducted three times.Before each round of action,we will discuss with the cooperating teachers to design appropriate activity plans and guidance strategies for implementation,and then put forward targeted improvement suggestions according to the specific problems of teachers’ guidance strategies in the activity process,so as to finally achieve certain results In the end,we achieved certain results: children developed emotionally,cognitively,motor skills,learning quality,and socially,teachers’ conceptions of guidance changed,guidance skills improved,effective experience was accumulated,and research awareness was stimulated.Based on the discussion and analysis of the research results,we explored the strategies for teachers’ guidance in the "Creative Movement Area" game of kindergarten: in the "making plans" section,teachers should consciously group children according to their individual differences,so that the overall ability of each group is more balanced.In the "plan-making" session,teachers should consciously group children according to their individual differences,so that the overall ability of each group is more balanced.In the "hands-on building" session,teachers should first ensure that the overall play time is sufficient to meet children’s exploration needs;second,they should clarify the key points of observation and learn the correct intervention methods;and finally,they should organize children to discuss the formulation of the rules and maintain good order in the building stage.In the "sharing and exchange" session,teachers should use a variety of places and ways to share,make good use of the record book,and make reasonable use of the environment as an extension of the sharing activities. |
