The "Kindergarten Work Regulations" stipulates that outdoor activities in kindergartens should not be less than 2 hours per day under normal circumstances.In kindergartens,outdoor games are mostly carried out in an autonomous way.Outdoor autonomous games can reflect the inner monologues of children in a more intuitive way;attract children's interest in games and promote children's all-round development in a free mode.Therefore,if you want to steadily improve the quality of outdoor games,you must pay attention to the guidance level of teachers in outdoor autonomous games and improve the guidance strategies of teachers.This study investigated and analyzed teachers' guidance strategies in outdoor autonomous games by questionnaire,interview and observation.The results show that:1.In the current outdoor autonomous games,the overall situation of teachers' guidance strategy is good,the blank performance of guidance strategy is the best,the reflective and interactive performance of guidance strategy is the second,and the purpose performance of guidance strategy is the worst.2.The guiding level of guiding strategies is different in different demographic variables,mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)When the teaching age of a teacher is less than 1 year,the overall level of the teacher's guidance strategy is poor.As the teaching age of the teacher increases,the overall level of the teacher's guidance strategy also increases,reaching a peak when the teaching age is 7-10 years,then the overall level of the teacher's guidance strategy has declined.(2)The overall characteristics of teacher guidance strategies in different kindergartens:The overall level of teacher guidance strategies in public kindergartens is significantly higher than in private kindergartens.(3)In the outdoor independent games,the overall level of teachers' guidance strategy is less affected by the city,and more affected by the concept and kindergarten on the child security system.3.The guidance strategies of preschool teachers' outdoor autonomous games can be divided into three types: “active exploration ”,“stable and controllable” and “passiveperplexity”,with significant differences among them,"active exploration" is the best.(1)Among the three types of guidance,the active exploration type has the best performance and the highest scores in the four dimensions.It can also leave blank for children properly while interacting with children.Its reflective nature is significantly higher than the other two types.(2)The score of the four dimensions of stable and controllable type is relatively high,and the guidance process is very stable.It can guarantee the safety and interest of children according to the existing experience,but it is very dependent on the original experience and lacks the process of reflection and promotion.(3)The scores of purpose,interaction,blank and reflection are low in the passive disorientation type when guiding the outdoor autonomous games.The teachers were passive and confused when guiding outdoor independent games,sometimes they do not know how to guidance.Through the combination of theory and practice,this study will carry out further discussion on the results of the survey,and put forward relevant feasible Suggestions.
