Outdoor building blocks play is an important way for children to expand experience and explore the world.As a supporter,collaborator and guide,teachers ’ guiding behavior will have a direct impact on the development of children ’s outdoor building blocks.However,in practice how to distinguish whether children need guidance ? How to timely guide ? What kind of guidance is more conducive to the development of children ? Similar problems are teachers often encountered confusion,worthy of specific inquiry.On the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper takes the teachers of Y kindergarten in Enshi City and three branches as the research object,and uses the method of questionnaire survey and interview to study and analyze the current situation of teachers ’ guidance in middle-class outdoor block games.Referring to the relevant questionnaire and combining with the actual revision of the research,the questionnaire is compiled from three aspects : the basic information of teachers,the development of class games and the guidance of teachers in outdoor block games,which is used to analyze the data support of the current situation of teachers ’ guidance in Y kindergarten outdoor block games.The interview randomly selected six first-line teachers in the intermediate grade group,hidden the real name of the teacher in the form of letter coding,and made a more detailed understanding of the teachers ’guiding practice in outdoor block games.The study found that there are three main problems in teachers ’ guidance in middle-class outdoor building blocks games : insufficient game materials;in the game process,teachers ’guidance is single;lack of systematic reflection.From the objective level,these problems reflect the teachers ’ inadequate protection of game materials in the outdoor block game area;from the subjective level,teachers ’ guidance ability needs to be improved : the guidance concept is not scientific enough;the subjectivity of guiding behavior is strong;at the same time,teachers lack autonomy in game reflection.Based on the problems found in the survey and attribution analysis,the study puts forward strategies to improve teachers ’ guidance ability.Including : follow children ’ s interest in games,rich game materials;seek professional guidance concept,build scientific scaffold;support,guidance,overcome the subjective guidance;diligent in reflection and summary,improve guidance ability;seek help from the garden and enhance guidance literacy.
