Under the basic concept of modern educational evaluation,teachers’ verbal evaluation of children is affected by teachers’ evaluation concept,educational concept and other factors.Teachers’ verbal evaluation of children is of great significance to children’s development.Regional activities can enable children to actively operate and explore the materials in the region in a relaxed and comfortable environment.In such a pleasant atmosphere,they can stimulate children’s interest and meet children’s needs at the same time,so as to promote children’s all-round development.Based on the modern educational evaluation concept,multiple intelligences theory and ecological environment theory,this study takes the observation method as the main research method in the regional activities of Z kindergarten,collects the factual data of four different aspects of teachers’ speech evaluation objects and types,and complements the existing data with the interview method.It reveals the current situation of teachers’ speech evaluation behavior,analyzes the influencing factors from the characteristics and significance of teachers,kindergartens and regional activities,and puts forward to change the concept of educational evaluation;Optimize speech evaluation behavior;Educational suggestions on perfecting the evaluation mechanism of kindergartens and institutions. |
