Modeling thought is one of the three basic ideas of mathematics.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,which advocates the cultivation of students’ core literacy,it has been increasingly valued.From one of the ten core concepts in the curriculum standard to being further refined into "model awareness" and "model concept",the importance of modeling thought in mathematics learning has become increasingly prominent.Infiltration of modeling thought in primary school mathematics teaching is of positive significance for cultivating students’ ability to discover,raise,analyze and solve problems,and even improve students’ mathematical thinking and literacy.This study focuses on the penetration of modeling thought in the middle and high level mathematics teaching in primary schools.Through literature reading and current situation investigation,it analyzes the problems and causes of teachers’ penetration of modeling thought in teaching,and tries to put forward the penetration strategy of modeling thought in the middle and high level mathematics teaching in primary schools,in order to promote the penetration of modeling thought in teaching.First of all,on the basis of reading and sorting out the relevant literature of the modeling thought,combining the specific meaning of the modeling thought,as well as the mathematical thinking and mathematical model theory,comprehensively sort out the mathematical models in the middle and high mathematics textbooks of the primary school of Beijing Normal University,and explain and analyze the teaching process,teaching methods and teaching effects of infiltrating the modeling thought.The author also compiled the current situation questionnaire,classroom observation record form and interview outline of the infiltration of the modeling thought in the middle and high stage of mathematics teaching in primary schools to provide research tool support for the current situation survey.Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire,classroom observation and interview,the current situation of the infiltration of modeling thought in the middle and high level mathematics teaching in primary schools was investigated to understand the understanding,implementation and effect of teachers’ infiltration of modeling thought in teaching.The survey found that there are some problems when teachers infiltrate modeling thought in teaching: first,teachers’ understanding of the relevant concepts of modeling thought is superficial,and they lack understanding of the infiltration of modeling thought in teaching;Second,teachers lack the teaching link of infiltrating the modeling thought,and lack the teaching method of effectively infiltrating the modeling thought;Third,teachers pay too much attention to the mastery of knowledge and ignore the practical application of mathematical models in life.After further analysis and summary,it is believed that the problems are caused by the following reasons: the lack of theoretical knowledge related to modeling thought teaching,the insufficient development of modeling thought teaching literacy,and the weak overall teaching ability of infiltrating modeling thought.Finally,in view of the existing problems and causes,combined with the analysis of famous teachers’ relevant lesson examples,this paper puts forward the penetration strategy of the modeling thought in the middle and high level mathematics teaching in primary schools: strengthen theoretical study,and update the educational concept in time;Deeply study the textbook and fully excavate the modeling thought;Pay attention to special learning opportunities and improve the professionalism of development;Pay attention to the integration of learning resources and improve the systematization of development;Mobilize life experience and skillfully create problem situations;Model and show the thinking process in the activity;Inspire in interaction and promote thinking with questions;Refine teaching links and get through modeling ideas;Enhance task life and promote model application migration.
