With the progress and development of society,mathematics becomes one of the most important tools in escribing, characterizing and changing the world. It plays a important role in the social production and practice.Basic idea and basic activity experience were written in the Mathematics Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education Level(2011)。The "double-base" becomes"four base", and ten core conceptions were put forward.As the only conception named by "thought", modeling thought attracts people’s attention. Based on the understanding of the the modeling thought, the author studied the Mathematics Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education Level(2011) and combed the teaching content of People’s Education Press in accordance with four plates, the "number and algebra""graphics and geometric""statistics and probability""practice and comprehensive".According to her own education internship experience,the author designed and analyzed four teaching cases which including "division","superficial area of cuboids and cubes","average number" and "drawer principle"The author also put forward strategies of applying the modeling thought in the elementary school mathematics teaching,and provided reference for first-line teachers.
