Resilience plays an important role in the growth of primary school students.It is an ability for primary school students to actively cope with difficulties and adversity,and an indispensable condition to support their growth.Having strong resilience can help them better cope with setbacks and difficulties in life,and obtain a positive and optimistic attitude towards life,so as to cope with different social environments and meet the needs of their own development in the future.Low resilience level will bring many growth problems to primary school students,such as interpersonal communication,emotional management,and psychological aspects.In the face of this series of problems,this paper takes improving the resilience level of primary school students as the starting point,stimulates their potential to improve the resilience level and cultivate self-confidence.The research object of this paper is the students of J primary school.Through interviews,questionnaires,direct participation and observation,we can understand their resilience level,analyze the reasons for their low resilience level,and carry out targeted services for them.On the basis of summarizing and referring to the existing research at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the needs of students ’ resilience in J primary school,and introduces case work and group work methods to help students with low resilience level.Through seven group activities and seven case services,we can improve their internal protective factors,stimulate their potential ability,help team members learn to set goals and plans reasonably,constantly enhance self-confidence,form positive self-cognition,learn to manage emotions,improve interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability,and finally achieve self-development.The author uses the professional method of social work to improve the resilience level of J primary school students.First of all,the group activities focus on the homogeneity of the group members and set goals for them.The group members participate in mutual encouragement and support.The group work method has been further applied in improving the resilience of primary school students;case service helps clients learn to control their emotions,improve interpersonal skills,and help them grow healthily and happily.At the same time,In carrying out activities,social workers actively guide group members to speak and participate in activities with the help of professional working methods,give full play to the concept of social work based on service objects,let group members feel respected,so as to stimulate their potential;at the same time,it can also give some feedback,which is of positive significance to improve social work methods,adjust activities and improve their professional level. |
