In order to improve the overall level of education in western rural areas and solve the problems that children in western areas "find it difficult to go to school" and "go far to school",our country has carried out the construction project of rural boarding system.rural boarding school has become an important part of rural basic education.With the rise of rural boarding schools and the increasing number of students,the state attaches great importance to the development of the comprehensive quality of rural boarding students and boarding junior high school students living in remote rural areas in the west are the key groups of concern,These junior high school students are in the early stage of adolescence,all aspects of development are not mature,study and life are concentrated in a closed management environment,so it is easier to fall into the growth of contradictions and conflicts,causing negative impact on their own development.Therefore,it is necessary to help rural boarding junior middle school students to improve their resilience,guide them to face the pressure and diffculties in earning and life correctly and grow up actively and healthily.This study takes rural boarding junior high school students in Z Middle School,Weining County Guizhou Province as the research object,guided by social learning theory and advantage perspective theory,chooses to use group work method and campus community activities to carry out a study on improving the resilience of rural boarding junior high school students.Firstly,questionnaire survey,interview and observation were used to investigate rural boarding junior high school students in Z middle school.The survey results showed that the overall resilience of rural boarding junior high school students was at a lower than medium level.with deficiencies such as lack of Self-awareness,weak sense of purpose,difficulty in controlling emotions,poor problem solving ability,and different needs.Therefore,from the individual level,the family level,the school level to explore the impact of rural boarding junior middle school students’ resilience of the current situation,on the basis of the needs analysis.Then.from the junior high school students who participated in the questionnaire survev,8 junior high school students with low resilience level were selected as members of the resilience improvement group.Starting from three aspects of social competence,self-esteem and autonomy,sense of purpose and sense of meaning,a total of eight times of rural boarding junior high school students’ resilience improvement group activities were carried out,so as to continuously explore the inner potential and own advantages of the group members.Help the group members to revaluate themselves,strengthen the sense of purpose,promote the group members to earn to manage emotions,improve the problem solving ability of the group members power.Finally,understand service effectiveness through process evaluation and result evaluation.The results show that the social learning theory and the advantage perspective are in line with the development characteristics of rural boarding junior middle school students,and have a strong guiding role in carrying out the study of stress enhancement of rural boarding junior middle school students:The use of campus community activities to assist group work has a positive effect on improving the resilience of rural boarding junior middle school students:The daily activities of campus community provide convenient conditions for the development of group activities.Social workers can take campus community activities as a platform for the follow-up development advantages of rural boarding junior high school students constantly tap their inner potential,cultivate resilience in daily study and life,and promote their growth towards a positive and healthy direction. |
