Absence And Remodeling:Case Work Intervention Study On Improvement Of Resilience Of "NiangQiHai"

In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the country’s concern for the poor is derived from material extended to poverty problem,given to the older male marriage squeeze in poverty-stricken areas and it is difficult to normal mating,in desperation,chose to buy "wife",after the mother left,children are forced to swallow the bitter fruit,became the "NiangQiHai",more importantly,These are in adversity "NiangQiHai" self awareness on the low side,attachment is weak,has a tendency to abandon,their perception of "mother" is very complex,both hope to have a mother,and because of the influence of family or upbringing,bitterness and despair to mum hostile psychology,under the guidance of theory of art force,The specific manifestations are insufficient internal energy(I AM),poor self-efficacy(I CAN),and insufficient external support(I HAVE).This study using the method of depth interview and participation observation was carried out on the 24 "NiangQiHai" data collection and analysis in the collection "NiangQiHai",the researchers found little useful lower internal energy,self-efficacy,external support is weak,so after little useful and guardian agreed to develop the service object,Then,under the guidance of the theory of resilience,the current situation of the service object is estimated,the intervention plan is formulated,and the case work is intervened.First,Through the guidance of basic life skills,the cultivation of special skills,and the explanation of the mother’s departure is not because the service object is not smart and so on to enhance its internal advantages;Secondly,it can improve its self-efficacy by learning social skills and improving its ability to solve problems.Finally,by providing services for the target’s father,grandfather and teacher,we can help them rebuild their attachment relationship,rebuild their safe base,and finally build strong external support for them.In addition,the three are not independently developed,but interact and influence each other,so as to improve the resilience level of service objects in a multi-level and all-round way.Finally,through the interview method and observation method to evaluate,the results show that the case work intervention in the "NiangQiHai" resilience is effective,the final service object’s individual internal advantages significantly enhanced(I AM),the sense of self-efficacy effectively improved(I CAN),external support successful reconstruction(I HAVE).In addition,in addition to maintaining and surmounting the existing changes,the service objects have also shown good adaptability and anti-pressure ability at the level of not getting involved.They remain resilient in the face of separation of case closure.In the face of crises and setbacks,they are able to self-adjust,overcome the crisis,develop actively and reshape it as the driving force of development.
