A Study On The Practice Of Parenting Education For Families Of Of Juveniles Involved In Crime

Juvenile delinquency is inseparable from family factors.The education style of family education,family communication style,parenting education mode,parent-child communication,etc.may be important influencing factors leading to juvenile delinquency.Therefore,improving the knowledge of parenting education,innovating the service practice of parenting education and optimizing the comprehensive function of parenting education will have a significant positive effect on the cohesion of minors’ families and promote positive development,and also play a vital role in maintaining social harmony.With the in-depth development of judicial social work,social workers also pay more and more attention to the issues of family education and parenting education of guardians of juveniles involved in crimes in the process of practice.Based on the in-depth service of the judicial protection program for minors cooperated by the prosecutor’s office in practice,we explore the use of group work methods to recruit criminally involved minors and their guardians to participate in parenting interactive growth group services,design interactive group contents such as parent-child dual-effect communication,parent-child role exchange,parent-child interaction and cooperation,and joint learning of parenting education contents based on family communication theory and family therapy theory,and guide criminally involved minors and their parents to self-awareness of poor parent-child communication and parenting education during the group interaction process.In the process of group interaction,minors and their parents are guided to self-awareness of the poor communication styles and problems in parent-child communication and family education,to enhance the ability of parent-child interaction and parenting education of minors involved in crimes and their parents,to strengthen the concept of parenting education,to explore the endogenous power of the family,and to improve the basic role of the family of minors involved in crimes.At the same time,the author summarizes and reflects on the work of the group and provides effective suggestions for parenting education services for families of juveniles involved in crimes,with a view to promoting the practical development of social work services in parenting education for families of juveniles involved in crimes.
