The problem of youth education has always been highly valued by all walks of life.To deepen education reform and cultivate new people of The Times,it requires the joint efforts of schools,families and society.The cooperation of family,school and community in education is the prerequisite for breaking the traditional education mode to realize modern education,and also the guarantee for teenagers to socialize and adapt to the social situation in the new era.High school students in senior three are not only in the initial stage of socialization,but also in the adolescence stage of growth.Students’ cognition of society is not perfect,and their social values have not been fully formed.However,as an important turning point in life,the college entrance examination brings academic pressure and social orientation,which affect the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health to some extent.Compared with the home-school cooperation,the focus of home-school-community cooperation in education lacks the participation of the community,and it is difficult to form a mature and stable "trinity" collaborative education model.Therefore,it is of great significance for social work to participate in the construction of home-school-community cooperative education system.This study takes the senior three students of D middle School in C City as the research object.From the perspective of ecology,the investigation and interview of micro family members,middle school staff and macro community staff are conducted to deeply understand the pressure of senior three students of D middle school to go to school and the current situation and dilemma of home-school cooperative education,so as to construct their social support network.Determine the entry point of social work to intervene in college entrance pressure relief activities.Combined with the advantage perspective theory,the students’ self-cognitive awareness and self-potential are explored in the process of intervention activities,so as to improve the students’ self-resilience,positive empowerment and establish good mental toughness.It is found that the following problems exist in the academic pressure and home-school cooperative education of senior three students in D middle School: the public opinion focuses on exam-oriented education,leading to unreasonable learning style;Parents lack the knowledge related to mental health education,and can not reasonably solve the differences caused by the different cognition of values with children;The model of home-school-community cooperative education is single,the construction of the "trinity" education system is incomplete and the three parties lack effective interaction;The low popularity and recognition of school social work coexist with the lack of experience of social work participating in home-school cooperative education.Therefore,it is proposed that we should attach importance to the comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental health;Downplay exam-oriented education;Reasonable division of labor among the three parties of family,school and community to participate in the education work;Consolidate home-school cooperation,establish school-community links,and deepen home-community interaction;Strengthen the publicity of social work;Construct a long-term and stable "trinity" education system;Strive for social work to participate in the "quartet united" education model and other improvement strategies.. |
