Kindergarten duty activities are activities that children participate in to serve the class and the collective,which have special educational value and significance for children’sphysical and mental development,and also reflect the implementation of the national policy of labor education.But in the practice of education,there are some problems to be solved in the organization and implementation of activities of kindergarten students on duty.On the basis of sorting out the theories related to the activities of kindergarten students on duty,this study carried out an action study on the optimization of the activities of kindergarten students on duty.Taking Class A of T kindergarten in C City as a case,it adopted the action research method,combined with the research methods of observation,interview and object analysis to supplement,and explored the optimization plan of kindergarten students on duty activities.In the pre-investigation stage,through interviewing teachers,participatory observation and text data analysis,this paper explores the current situation of the implementation of the activities of students on duty in Class A of T Kindergarten in Chengdu,and finds that there are three problems as follows: children who are on duty that day leave their posts and do things unrelated to the duties of students on duty;The position setting of students on duty in class is less,which does not meet the development level of middle class children;The theme wall related to the activities of students on duty is simple and does not play the role of interaction with children.In view of the above problems,combined with relevant documents in the field of preschool education and the characteristics of physical and mental development of middle school children,the researcher and three teachers in the class formed an action research team.On the basis of respecting teachers’ daily education and teaching,with "plan,implementation and review" as the starting point,the author designed and implemented related activities to optimize the activities of kindergarten students on duty.The whole action research includes two implementation stages.The first stage is to re-understand the students on duty--to guide children to deepen their understanding of the students on duty,knowing that they need to have a sense of responsibility and a sense of task to be on duty.At the same time,to enrich the theme wall of the activities of the students on duty in class.The second stage: explore more posts--add more posts for students on duty to meet the development needs of children.After the end of the action study,the evaluation of the effect of the whole action study found that the labor quality,communication ability and responsibility consciousness of Middle Class A children had been improved,the teachers’ ability to observe and evaluate children had been improved,and the researchers’ ability to carry out education and teaching activities and research ability had been enhanced. |
