As a common management method in the process of senior kindergarten class management,the daily duty management should be paid close attention by the majority of educators and professional researchers.The daily labor in the kindergarten undertakes part of the class sanitation and cleaning tasks.Meanwhile,the implementation of the daily duty system has an important impact on the class management of kindergartens and the formation of children's ideological concepts.This research takes advantage of scientific research methods to conduct on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the daily duty management in kindergartens,and strives to provide guidance and advice for frontline teachers to carry out daily duty activities.The specific method is as follows:First of all,personally go deep into the front line of preschool education,take a senior kindergarten class as the research object,use the method of interview to grasp the true thoughts of the kindergarten teachers and young children on the daily duty system,and use the method of observation to explore the real situation of the daily duty implementation in the kindergarten class.Try to reveal multiple aspects of the daily life management process from various of angles.Secondly,based on the survey results of daily duty management in the senior kindergarten class,the paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the management,and strives to find out the inherent law of the daily duty management.The author finds that the essence of the daily duty system of senior kindergarten classes is a management and education method adopted by the kindergarten teachers for the purpose of reasonably assigning class affairs and achieving certain educational goals.Although the daily duty system is proposed by the teacher,the child is the main body of the implementation of it.The participation attitude of young children determines the value of the daily duty activity.Finally,the author summarizes the results of this study.Based on the research and analysis results,the paper puts forward specific suggestions for improving the daily duty management of senior kindergarten class,and provides guidance for the first-line preschool teachers to carry out the daily duty activities of the class,so that the senior kindergarten class daily duty management can play the important role in the class management and education.
