With the continuous development of China’s education from “double-base”to “three-dimensional goals” and then to “four-base”,improving students’ core literacy has become an important goal of our education.The plane analytic geometry is a very important part of the geometry and algebra curriculum in high school mathematics because it can help to cultivate and enhance students’ mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,intuitive imagination,mathematical operation and mathematical modeling literacy.Studying the test questions of plane analytic geometry can help the teachers ’ teaching practices in the plane analytic geometry from a literacy perspective.This article uses methods such as literature analysis,expert investigation,statistical analysis and comparative analysis to comprehensively analyze and sort out the types,value proportion,knowledge points and mathematical thinking of the plane analytic geometry test questions in the National examination papers(I,II,and III)from 2018 to 2020,the National New College Entrance Examination papers(I and II)from 2021 to 2022 and the National examination papers(A and B).Based on Professor Yu Ping’s evaluation framework for core literacy and the existing evaluation framework of core literacy level,the core literacy evaluation framework for plane analytic geometry is constructed,and the performance of each mathematical core literacy level is expertly demonstrated to determine the effectiveness of the core literacy evaluation framework for plane analytic geometry.Based on the evaluation framework,the core literacy of each plane analytic geometry test question is scored.The longitudinal analysis of the examination of mathematical core literacy and literacy levels in the National Papers from2018 to 2020 and the horizontal analysis of the examination of mathematical core literacy and literacy levels in the National Examination Papers(A and B)and the National New College Entrance Examination papers from 2021 to 2022 were conducted,and teaching suggestions for plane analytic geometry from the perspective of literacy were proposed.The research results show that,firstly,in terms of test content,the types of plane analytic geometry test questions include multiple-choice questions,fill-in-the-blank questions and open-ended questions and the test value is relatively high,usually taking either 22 or 27 points;the test integrates knowledge points such as inequalities and vectors,and open-ended questions are more comprehensive;it emphasizes the usage of ideas such as transformation,equation and the combination of mathematics and geometry.Secondly,in terms of core literacy examination characteristics,plane analytic geometry test questions mainly examine four mathematical core literacies,with the mathematical operation literacy being the basis,followed by logical reasoning literacy,intuitive imagination literacy and mathematical abstraction literacy.Each test question examines multiple literacies and has a comprehensive nature.Thirdly,in terms of core literacy level examination characteristics,plane analytic geometry test questions focus on the examination of level two,highlighting the application of transferability.It also considers both the examination of level one and level three,focusing on basic knowledge and innovation.Based on the above research results,teachers need to pay attention to the following aspects in the teaching of plane analytic geometry: Firstly,focus on the textbook and make knowledge basic and comprehensive.Secondly,penetrate mathematical thinking and improve problem-solving ability.Thirdly,innovate teaching methods and improve students’ mathematical literacy by forming good habits of operation,cultivating mathematical operation literacy,attaching importance to student thinking development,enriching logical reasoning literacy,using geometric shapes to cultivate intuitive imagination literacy,strengthening the connection between mathematics and real life and fostering mathematical abstraction literacy.Fourthly,cultivate transferability and promote the development of innovation consciousness.
