"Teachers are the foundation of education and the source of revival of education." Only by cultivating many "good teachers of great powers" can we build a solid foundation for education and power,so as to help China achieve stability and long-term development on the road of national rejuvenation. However, the cultivation of "good teachers of great powers" requires not only professional support, but also spiritual drive. In ancient China, there was a cultural tradition of "integration of officials and teachers",and as an important part of the ancient teacher group, the scholar and doctor class had the value pursuit of educating the party, whether it was an official in the dynasty or in the forest village. Therefore, the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional teacher culture formed by this group is conducive to clarifying the spiritual essence. This research will focus on Feng Congwu,a scholar of the Ming Dynasty, who took lecturing as his responsibility, and did his deeds, showing the style of a teacher of traditional Chinese scholars.According to Mr.Xiao Chengshen’s thought on the way of teaching, the meaning of the way of teachers embodied in his words and deeds is analyzed from three levels: the way of seeking a teacher, the way of being a teacher and the way of respecting a teacher. On this basis, the characteristics of the traditional Chinese scholar and doctor are refined. The path of standing can be divided into four processes: the path of zhi,the way of understanding, the way of ren and the way of preaching. The Tao lies in the tendency of Shi Dafu’s heart towards the "Tao";The Ming Dao followed, indicating Shi Dafu’s search for the "Tao";Ren Dao lies in the behavior displayed after exploring the "Tao";Preaching is to make the "Tao" perpetuate to the world, and to pass on the "Tao" through the generations. After summarizing the characteristics of teacher culture, the formation of teacher professionalism is discussed. It is found that teachers’ professionalism should include four elements:willingness, knowledge, practice and morality. In terms of ambition,as the beginning of teachers’ professional spirit,it can be clear to know the direction, practice far and near,to have a good;As far as the knowledge is concerned,it as the source of teachers’ professionalism, can be the end of ambition, the beginning of practice, the source of virtue; In terms of practice,as the backbone of teachers’ professional spirit,it can promote the generation of knowledge, determination and perfection of morality. As far as Dade is concerned,as the core of teachers’ professional spirit,it can make continuous progress through the three processes of aspiration, understanding and practice. In addition,it should be made clear that teacher professionalism is in a constant state of formation through the interaction of determination, knowledge, practice and virtue.
