As we all know, the quality of teacher education,level and development the basis ofthe entire education, determine the cause of education sustainability and healthydevelopment. Teacher education in Australia began in the1850s, has been the160-yearhistory. Teacher education in Australia can be divided into within four stage:pre-serviceteacher professional stage, the stage of the rise of teachers’ professional, teachers’professional development stage, and now the teachers’ professional development. Eachstage of the development of teacher education experience laid the foundation for teachereducation reform in the future, pointing out the direction.In this thesis, the research methods of history, literature research method and themethod of comparison of theoretical approaches to teacher professionalization securitysystem in Australia has conducted a preliminary study. From the History of the teachers’professional development in Australia to explore the history, analysis now to explorethe Australian teachers’ professional security system. Including management securitysystem, policies of the security system, training security system, identification of thesecurity system.Management security system includes government departments, teachereducation institutions, the Interim Committee of the state of teacher educationinstitutions and high-quality teachers’ associations and organizations; policies of thesecurity system, including 《The Adelaide Declaration on National Goals for Schoolingin the21st Century》,《Teacher for the21st Century:Making the Difference——ACommonwealth Government Quality Teacher Initiative》; training security system,including Training&Assessment and the teacher system of the National Teachers’Professional Standards; identification of the security system,including teacher educationcourses approved standard and the national teacher education accreditation standards.Construction of this series of teacher professionalization security system, to protect thequality of teachers in Australia, to protect the quality of education and teaching, toprotect the quality of graduates.Learn from successful experience of Australian teachers specialized securitysystem established, based on the analysis of future trends in teacher education reform inAustralia, clear powers and responsibilities of management agencies,to reform the operation and management system for the problems of security system of teachereducation; deepen teachers’ professional development standard level,expand teacherspecialization concept;innovation Teacher rating system,sound of modern teachereducation system;to reflect on the implementation of the teaching practice courses,fullyto enhance teachers’ professionalism.
