Driven by the development of the times,the cultivation of talents needs the support of education.In order to promote the development of students’ subjectivity,students should be encouraged to carry out independent,cooperative and inquiry learning to quickly adapt to the fierce competition in society.With the continuous deepening and development of the new curriculum reform,improving students’ core literacy and personal comprehensive ability has become the main goal of middle schools.The teaching model based on teachers’ teaching and students’ passive acceptance of knowledge can not promote students’ all-round development.The core concept of the new curriculum reform of "people-oriented,all for the development of students" has put forward higher requirements for teachers,requiring teachers to change their educational outlook in time and seriously study teaching strategies.Based on the teaching practice,this paper takes Q Middle School as an example to carry out the "big three steps" teaching mode in the biology class of high school,and the following results are obtained:1.The "big three steps" are divided into independent preview,cooperative inquiry,measurement and supplement.The characteristics are: students at different levels have opportunities to show and evaluate,and enhance their learning confidence;According to the feedback of students’ preview,teachers appropriately extend what they have learnt,and improve personal comprehensive ability;After class teachers accurately help excellent students and marginal students to improve student performance.2.Taking the third grade students in senior high school as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,it is found that 87.50% of the students agree that the "big three steps" teaching model plays an important role in improving the ability of independent learning,cooperative inquiry and academic performance;43.43% of the students believed that in the first round of review,they should determine whether it is necessary to preview and set up group discussion and student presentation sessions according to the teaching content,and revise the test title to improve the quality.Through interviews with biology teachers in the third grade of senior high school,it is learned that 73.33% of teachers use the "big three steps" teaching mode in almost every class;26.67% of the teachers said that the students’ participation in the preview class and the quality of feedback questions were average.They suggested that the preview content should be selected to strengthen the pertinence of the second lesson preparation and improve the overall quality of teaching.3.Taking the book "Steady State and Environment",the compulsory third course of the People’s Education Press,as an example,a case of the "big three steps" teaching model was constructed,and a semester of comparative teaching practice was implemented in Class A and Class B of Grade 3 in senior high school.According to the pre-test and post test results,Compared with the traditional teaching of "speaking listening reading memorizing practicing",the "big three steps" teaching model can significantly improve the performance of middle school students,but it does not significantly improve the performance of excellent students and marginal students.To sum up,the "big three steps" teaching model plays a positive role in improving students’ learning enthusiasm,academic performance and independent cooperative exploration ability. |
