In the context of the new curriculum reform,the biology curriculum standard for senior high schools published in 2017 emphasizes that biology teaching should pay attention to students' personal experience,pay attention to students' learning biology in real life situations,and guide students to deeply understand the core concept of biology in solving practical problems.The "China college entrance examination evaluation system" also puts forward higher requirements for students' ability to use knowledge to solve practical problems in real situations.Problem driven teaching method is a problembased teaching method,which takes students as the main body,takes the problem situation as the starting point,takes the driving problem as the core,plans the learning content,and allows students to obtain knowledge in problem solving.In the existing research of problem driven teaching method,most of them are applied to the new teaching of various disciplines,and there is less application research in the review class.Therefore,the author applies the problem driven teaching method to the first round review class of senior high school biology,hoping to improve the review effect and efficiency and students' biological problem-solving ability through the application of problem driven teaching method in the first round review class.Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and educational experiment,this study aims to develop the teaching strategy of problem driven teaching method suitable for the first round of review in senior three,and explore the effectiveness of the teaching strategy.First of all,through the student questionnaire survey,understand the current level of students' problem-solving ability;Through teacher interviews,understand the problems existing in the application of problem driven teaching method in the classroom.Secondly,combined with the purpose of a round of review,reconstruct the general operation process of problem driven teaching method,develop different teaching strategies for each process,and carry out teaching design according to the teaching process and teaching strategies;Finally,the changes of students' academic performance and problem-solving ability in the experimental group and the control group are compared through educational experiments.The experimental results show that the application of problem driven teaching method to the first round of review of senior high school biology has the following effects:first,the problem driven teaching method can effectively improve the effect and efficiency of the first round of review classroom;Second,the application of problem driven teaching method in a round of review stage can significantly improve students' biological problem-solving ability.
