| In recent years,China and Thailand have cooperated more and more in economic and cultural fields,especially after China proposed the "Belt and Road" initiative in 2103,Thailand is in urgent need of high-level talents who are proficient in Chinese.In various regions of Thailand,Chinese language teaching has gradually begun to develop,especially in various primary and secondary schools in Thailand,setting off an upsurge of learning Chinese.Chonburi Branch,an affiliated school of Agricultural University of Thailand,has always attached great importance to Chinese language teaching,and its Chinese teaching and research work has been carried out relatively rapidly and achieved good results,but there are also some problems.This paper mainly adopts the form of questionnaire survey,through the teachers and students of Chonburi Branch respectively,we have a general understanding of the current situation of Chinese classroom teaching in Chonburi,analyze the problems existing in Chinese teaching,and make suggestions for these problems.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part: The reasons for topic selection,the literature review of research related to classroom teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the purpose and significance of the research,the research content and research methods are introduced.The second part: The overview of Kasetsart University Chonburi introduced the design and implementation of the questionnaire,and investigated the school’s Chinese classroom teaching from five aspects: teachers’ teaching methods,classroom atmosphere,teaching order,feedback on teaching materials and students’ feedback on Chinese learning.The third part: Through the survey,the problems and reasons of Chinese classroom teaching in Chonburi Branch show that the school’s Chinese teaching has the following advantages: attach importance to Chinese teaching,have a solid foundation for Chinese learning,have a reasonable number of class hours,and have rich Chinese activities.However,there are problems such as outdated teaching materials,single teaching methods,unsatisfactory classroom atmosphere,and poor teaching management ability.The above problems are due to the unreasonable curriculum of the school,low students’ interest in learning,the high turnover of teachers and the loose management of the school.The fourth part: Explore targeted solutions based on the pedagogical problems identified.In view of the main problems of Chinese teaching in this school,such as outdated teaching content,single teaching methods,unsatisfactory classroom teaching atmosphere,and poor teaching management ability,measures such as strengthening school management,optimizing Chinese curriculum setting,building excellent teachers,and cultivating students’ learning motivation are proposed.The fifth part: Summarize the paper. |
