In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,teacher's classroom language plays an important role in the teaching process as an important part of teaching activities.It is not only a reflection of a teacher's teaching ability,but also a link between teachers and students in the teaching process.It directly affects the success or failure of teaching,and it also affects the student's learning effect.Therefore,Chinese teachers' classroom language bears the dual function of teacher-student communication and accomplishment of teaching tasks,which has a significant impact on teaching.In recent years,with the further warming up of the “Chinese language fever” in the world and the promotion of Chinese international education,overseas Chinese education has developed rapidly.Many countries and regions have established Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms for primary and secondary schools,and they have also opened in some countries and even kindergartens.In Chinese courses,Chinese teaching is showing a trend of younger age.In Chinese classes in overseas primary schools,teaching subjects lack a Chinese language environment,and Chinese classes have become the only place where they can contact,learn,and use Chinese.Therefore,in the case of a limited amount of Chinese classes and a low level of Chinese in teaching subjects,teachers How to effectively use the Chinese language in class to improve the teaching quality and provide students with a lot of opportunities to speak Chinese is particularly important.At present,the current status of the use of classroom language by Chinese teachers in Thai primary schools is not optimistic.The low level of Thai language teachers in Thai elementary schools and the weak Chinese language foundation of teaching subjects have caused many restrictions in the Chinese teaching process,which not only affects the teaching of teachers.The effect also affects student learning.This requires that Chinese teachers should pay attention to the use of the teacher's classroom language scientifically and effectively in teaching,promoteteacher-student interaction,and enhance students' understanding.However,the actual situation is not the case.After investigation,many Chinese teachers in Thai primary schools have insufficient knowledge of classroom language.They use random and chaotic language in teaching,and there are obstacles in the interaction between teachers and students.They often need simple Thai or English,and students lack Chinese language.In the environment,students do not want to speak Chinese.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting the use of classroom language by Chinese language teachers in the Thai elementary school in order to analyze the factors that influence the choice of language used by the Chinese language teachers in the Thai elementary school.After investigation and research,there are some problems in the use of classroom language by Chinese language teachers in Thai primary schools,such as: lack of practical communication in teachers' classroom language;confusion in the use of teachers' classroom language;weak awareness of teachers' classroom language planning,etc.To address these issues,this article also proposes some uses.Recommendations: Chinese is preferred for co-ordination with Thai and English;teachers' classroom communicative competence should be enhanced;teachers' classroom vocabulary should be highly efficient and multi-functional,etc.It is hoped that it will provide certain reference and help for Chinese teachers in Thai primary schools and promote the development of Chinese education in Thai primary schools.
