| With the compulsory education being paid more and more attention,the salary of compulsory education teachers has become a hot topic.With the deepening of compulsory education reform,Primary School Teachers’ performance reform is coming.Whether the performance reform program of primary school teachers can evaluate the work of teachers scientifically and effectively,and whether the distribution of performance is fair and feasible,directly affects the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of teachers in education and teaching,it will also affect the improvement of teachers’ teaching level,and then affect the development of teachers’ performance reform in the future.Based on the research of Teachers’ performance reform both at home and abroad,this paper takes J Primary School Teachers’ performance reform in Funing District as the research object,applying the theory of motivation and the theory of performance management,the performance reform implementation process of the situation analysis.According to the questionnaire,some problems were found in the implementation of the teacher performance reform in J Primary School in Funing District,there are some problems,such as the lack of supervision to the school by the administrative department,the Single Assessment Index and method,the lack of humanistic management idea,the unsmooth information exchange and feedback channel,and the lack of characteristics of the assessment content.The reasons are that the management mechanism of supervision is not sound enough,the assessment index and method are difficult to quantify accurately,the management concept and technology are not up-to-date enough,and the communication and feedback channels are lacking,As well as the characteristics of the work of teachers to increase the difficulty of assessment.To further improve the teacher performance reform plan of J Primary School in Funing District,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as the rules of construction supervision and management evaluation,the clear function of assessment indexes,the improvement of the work path of performance reform,the emphasis on information feedback and communication,and the continuous deepening of the teacher performance reform system,to stimulate the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of teachers in teaching,to improve the satisfaction of teachers in teaching,to promote the healthy and orderly development of education and teaching,and to protect the basic rights and interests of teachers,to maximize the incentive effect of teacher performance,to ensure the effective implementation of school performance reform and benign operation. |
