Study On The Integrated Development Of Urban And Rural Compulsory Education In Qiaocheng District,Bozhou

Compulsory education stage is the most important part of China’s education stage,but also the most important part of China’s government to provide basic public services.The Ministry of Education and the provincial Education department issued a document titled "The Acceleration of the Development of Secondary Vocational Education," and other documents.According to the document,the high school enrollment rate of middle school applicants has reached 50 percent,and it will be more difficult for them to enter high school and go to college.Therefore,compulsory education is more important for students’ future growth.The essence of educational development is educational resources,but due to various reasons,urban and rural compulsory education resources are prone to inequity.This leads to the development of education in socialist modernization.Education is the key to China’s rapid development.Therefore,the promotion and realization of compulsory education integration has been paid more and more attention by all countries at all levels.However,there are still many problems in the integration of urban compulsory education in China due to different geographical environments,different levels of economic development and different views of the public on education.Taking the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City as an example,this paper finds and analyzes the problems existing in the development of compulsory education,and seeks for effective measures to deal with them as soon as possible.According to the actual situation of Qiaocheng District,the author establishes the evaluation index system of compulsory education development in Cqiaocheng District by reference to the relevant information and evaluation system at home and abroad.Through the establishment of an index system,the paper investigates the integration level and score of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in Qiaocheng district over the years,and evaluates its overall development level.Based on the existing evaluation indexes and statistical data analysis,education Qiaocheng district rural compulsory education at present problems existing in the process of the integration of development,for example,qiaocheng district school structure unreasonable,the distribution of the hardware facilities of difference between urban and rural areas,teacher’s composition equilibrium quality is not high,run-down and teaching ideas,etc.Finally,based on the analysis of the above problems and causes,the paper discusses the path of the integrated development of urban compulsory education.It includes further increasing government investment and optimizing education investment,further reforming and optimizing teacher personnel system in compulsory education stage,and improving the development quality of education subject.
