| As an important part of basic education,compulsory education plays an important role in improving the overall population quality of society.However,China’s urban-rural dual structure has led to the problem of unbalanced and uncoordinated development of compulsory education between urban and rural areas.Therefore,promoting the integration of urban and rural starting points for compulsory education,process integration and integration of results is the key to improving the quality of compulsory education in China.This article is based on the theme of urban-rural integration of compulsory education,based on the theory of urban-rural integration,the theory of educational modernization and the theory of educational equity.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature,on the basis of clear research status,the connotation of the integration development of urban and rural compulsory education under the new urbanization is defined,and the development status of urban and rural integration of compulsory education in Guangxi is revealed.Then,the appropriate indicators are selected to construct the integration index of urban and rural compulsory education,and the weights are determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and an analytical framework for the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education is established.Afterwards,through the empirical analysis of Guangxi 2013-2017 data,the degree of integration of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in Guangxi was measured,and the influencing factors of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in Guangxi were analyzed.Finally,the research conclusions and policy recommendations are put forward.In this process,the literature analysis method,the field investigation method,the mathematical statistics method and other research methods are used,focusing on the theory-linked practice,qualitative combination andquantification,which ensures the normative and scientific nature of the research.The results show that:(1)Guangxi’s urban and rural compulsory education has achieved certain achievements: further improvement of school conditions,increasingly strong teachers,and new achievements in education and poverty alleviation,but also related problems: insufficient investment in urban and rural compulsory education,teachers and urban and rural conditions The difference is large,and the urban and rural education environment is obviously different.(2)From 2013 to 2017,the level of integration of urban and rural compulsory education in Guangxi was overall stable.Among them,the integration of teacher allocation has grown steadily,the level of integration of educational opportunities has declined slightly,and the level of integration of education funds,school conditions and educational outcomes has remained basically the same.(3)Urbanization rate,urban-rural per capita consumption expenditure ratio,rural per capita education expenditure ratio,education financial expenditure,autonomous regional general public budget transfer income and urban-rural compulsory education teacher integration index have a strong positive correlation,financial The income decentralization index,fiscal expenditure decentralization index and the urban-rural compulsory education teacher integration index have a strong negative correlation.The rural per capita income growth rate,regional financial effort and urban-rural compulsory education teacher integration index have no correlation.The main innovations of this research:(1)The integration of urban and rural compulsory education indicators.Based on the actual situation of the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in Guangxi,this study carried out data statistics and analysis on the basis of various research methods such as policy text analysis,interview research,etc.,and constructed an indicator for measuring the integration of urban and rural compulsory education in Guangxi.It has laid the foundation for the accumulation of data.(2)Enrich the empirical research on the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.In the past,the research on the integration of urban and rural compulsory education mostly involves theoretical research,the construction of index system,etc.,and the empirical aspects are relatively few.This study uses Pearson correlation coefficient method to analyze the factors affecting the development of urban and rural compulsory education integration.An empirical study. |
