With the vigorous development of the "Internet + Education" model and the state’s policy support for the cultivation of vocational skills,online vocational education platforms’ development has become more mature,and the scale of users in the field has become increasingly significant.In order to meet the ever-escalating needs of users,products continue to change at high speed,and problems such as functional homogeneity and cramming teaching are inevitable.The essence is that the balance between learning content and user capabilities has not been achieved.In addition,most online vocational education products are based on content.The lack of user care makes the product experience cold,and it is challenging to ensure user stickiness.Therefore,this paper studies online vocational education scenarios based on the flow theory,aiming to meet the differentiated needs of users while achieving an immersive learning experience to maintain users’ continuous learning willingness and improve learning effects.Under the background of the new era and the demands of product development,the author studies the related theories of flow experience and online vocational education and draws a research idea of combining the flow theory with the design of the online vocational education platform.The specific implementation process is divided into three parts part:In the first part,to match the user needs of online vocational education scenarios,two user goals of "improving learning efficiency" and "improving continuous learning willingness" were first summarized through interviews and questionnaires.Secondly,to verify flow generation conditions in the online vocational education scenario,the flow factors are obtained through literature research and correlation analysis,taking the user’s goal as the flow effect result.In the second part,in order to serve the needs of the scene and the realization of the flow experience goal,integrates the design and flow theory research framework and combines the flow elements,using the qualitative convergence of expert user research and the quantitative research method of AHP analytic hierarchy process to build an online Vocational education platform design model comprehensively—SCE model,proposes a total of 15 flow experience design elements for online vocational education users from 3dimensions(user status,learning content,platform experience),and analyzes the weight of each dimension element.Comparative analysis of the scene experience design strategy.In the third part,the SCE model and strategy are verified in practice,and the research results are used to design and practice the online vocational education platform product and interaction scheme.Combined with the usability test experimental evaluation,the feasibility and application value of the design model and strategy are further verified.To sum up,based on the theoretical research on flow theory and online vocational education,this paper proposes a method suitable for online vocational education after comprehensive research and analysis from the perspective of product and experience design combined with qualitative user experiments and quantitative data analysis.The SCE model and design strategy of the platform,combined with the practical process,can clarify the application method of the model,hoping to provide scholars and designers in this research field with new ideas for experience design that can be referenced.
