In the Internet-based learning environment,with the widespread application of mobile communication,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies in education,new educational models such as personalized online learning have broken the barriers of the traditional classroom model in the past,for more learners providing high-quality and diversified teaching services,which can enrich learners' learning content and cultivate learners' comprehensive abilities,so as to better adapt to the needs and development of the modern talent market.However,the current research on personalized online learning has little research on experience design,mostly concentrated in the field of educational technology and computer science,and the effect on learning experience is not obvious.Therefore,this paper firstly introduces the research status of personalized online learning,experience and learning,and situational cognition theory.At the same time,it combines situational cognition theory and personalized online learning related theoretical foundation to explore the impact of situation on personalized online learning experience.Secondly,according to the theoretical model analysis of experience and learning,the authors find out the influence of learning motivation on the learning experience,and according to the influencing factors and situational views of learning motivation,the process of experience and learning includes four elements:learning needs and learning motivation,learning behavior and situational factors.Then according to the general characteristics of personalized online learning,the paper analyzes the learning needs,learning motivation,learning behavior and situational factors,draws the core elements of personalized online learning experience,and constructs a conceptual model of personalized online learning experience about the influencing factors.In the user research stage,the author selects 18-30 year college students,graduate students and young white-collar workers as the target group,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the personalized online learning experience and needs.Through the research on the learning experience of the target group in the personalized online learning platform,pay attention to and explore the user's demand point in the personalized online learning process;from the perspective of learning motivation,the influencing factors of the personalized online learning experience are summarized and summarized.The influencing factors of learning motivation are supplemented to improve the personalized online learning experience model.At the same time,through the demand analysis,the user's diversified demand points in the personalized online learning process are determined,and the learning needs are transformed into function points,which provides the design direction for the personalized online learning platform.In the design strategy output stage,combined with the user demand division results and the theoretical analysis of the situational factors of the personalized online learning experience,the three experience design strategies are mainly combed;the personalized learning service strategy based on the user situation?provide a cognitive construction strategy for a holistic learning task scenario and create an emotional interaction strategy for an immersive learning environment.Through the relevant theoretical analysis and user research to establish a personalized online learning experience model,expand the research field of personalized online learning experience,enrich the theoretical basis of personalized online learning experience design.At the same time,the design of personalized online learning experience strategically proposes to provide a certain practical basis for design innovation of personalized online learning platform,which helps to promote the improvement of online learning experience.
