| As the main force of postgraduate training,postgraduate tutor’s performance of responsibility has a great impact on the quality of postgraduate training.In recent years,the scope of responsibility of graduate tutors has been expanding.From the beginning,graduate tutors were mainly responsible for academic research guidance,to later,a number of responsibilities have been added.In 2018,the Ministry of Education clearly stipulated that graduate tutors are the first responsible persons for graduate training.This regulation has caused great controversy,and many graduate tutors feel great pressure.In addition,influenced by the expansion of graduate enrollment,the number of graduate students continues to grow,and the ratio of students to teachers continues to rise,which makes it difficult for tutors to take into account all graduate students.In the long run,it will have a great negative impact on the quality of graduate training.Based on this,this study takes "Research on the generalization trend and countermeasures of graduate supervisor responsibility" as the research theme,in order to put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures on the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons for the generalization trend of graduate supervisor responsibility.First of all,through in-depth analysis of relevant national policies and the responsibilities of supervisors in five "double First-class" universities,it is found that the responsibility scope of graduate tutors is becoming increasingly extensive in recent years.On the one hand,it brings great pressure to the tutor,which is not conducive to the better implementation of their own responsibilities.On the other hand,it has a negative impact on the training quality of graduate students and is not conducive to the steady improvement of graduate education quality.Based on this situation,the author took H University as a case,conducted in-depth interviews with 24 graduate tutors and postgraduates in H University,explored the deep-seated reasons for the continuous generalization of the scope of tutors’ responsibilities from the perspective of responsibility ethics theory,and then sought corresponding countermeasures to solve the dilemma of graduate tutors’ responsibilities according to the reasons.Referring to hospital responsibility system,enterprise responsibility system and administrative responsibility system,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of the interaction theory between institution and actor,that is,further reconstruct the responsibility system of graduate supervisor,and classify and stratify the responsibility content of graduate supervisor.A clear division of responsibility categories and levels of graduate tutors is helpful to clarify the responsibilities of graduate tutors and promote them to perform their responsibilities better.,therefore,the author according to the results of text analysis and the interview data analysis,combining the theory of responsibility ethic theory,system to interact with the actors,the concentric circle model liability classification method and the model of hierarchy classification method,the tutor responsibility content is divided into compulsory and advocates duties two major categories,and further divided into primary responsibility,center and affiliated duties at three levels,At the same time,the main responsible person and secondary responsible person of each level of responsibility are defined.In addition,the author believes that it is particularly important to provide corresponding implementation guarantee after the reconstruction of graduate supervisor responsibility system.Therefore,the author proposes to take corresponding implementation guarantee from the state,universities and tutors. |
