Today,more and more attention is paid to vocational education,with the increasing number of secondary vocational students,the importance of the head teacher in secondary vocational education is also increasingly prominent.The head teacher of the secondary vocational school is the direct implementer of the education of the students in the secondary vocational school,the booster of the promotion of the quality of the secondary vocational education,and the executor of the education that the people are satisfied with.Accompanied by the teacher in charge of secondary vocational school is more and more heavy burden on the body.Whether the head teacher is responsible relates to the comprehensive development of secondary vocational students,relates to the high quality development of secondary vocational education.The education of secondary vocational students cannot be accomplished overnight,and the responsible performance of the teacher in charge of secondary vocational schools is needed to promote it hardly.So,responsible secondary vocational teacher in the real work is how to do,what responsible performance,teachers and students for the responsible performance of the teacher in charge how to judge it? The author takes the head teachers in S secondary vocational schools as the research object and uses qualitative research method to explore the responsible performance of head teachers in secondary vocational schools in educational work.Firstly,from the perspective of students,the open questionnaire method is used to collect data to explore the responsible performance of the class teachers in secondary vocational schools.From the perspective of students,the off-duty director's "responsibility" is usually manifested in two ways: role responsibility and situational responsibility.In the other side,from the perspective of teachers,interviews and open questionnaires were used to collect data to explore the responsible performance of the class teachers in secondary vocational schools.The "responsibility" of the off-duty director from the teacher's perspective is usually presented in two ways: forward-looking responsibility and other responsibility.Finally,to further explore from the perspective of responsibility ethic is responsible for the teacher in charge is responsible for responsibility,the role of context,forward-looking responsibility,his responsibility,and a summary from the dimension of secondary vocational teacher in charge is responsible for the performance of this school teacher in charge is responsible to distinguish characteristics,as well as the response from the dimension of the teachers and students under the different perspectives of summary responsible technical secondary school teacher in charge's difference,thus to set an example for the teacher,the teacher in charge,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,maintain teachers' moral character image,improve teachers' moral quality.At the same time,this study provides information and prospects for the follow-up research on the head teachers in secondary vocational schools.
