The generalization of teachers’ professional responsibilities is a problem reflected in the process of complex and ever-changing development of the educational environment in the new era,and it has a tendency to become increasingly serious.In order to promote the active and healthy development of the teaching team and the entire educational environment,the problem of the generalization of teachers’ professional responsibilities needs to be solved urgently.This study takes Guangzhou primary school teachers as the research object,and understands,discusses and analyzes the current situation,causes,influences and countermeasures of the generalization of teachers’ professional responsibility.From the research and analysis,it is known that the generalization of teachers’ professional responsibility not only seriously affects the normal teaching of teachers,but also affects the normal teaching order of the school.An empirical study of some first-line primary school teachers in Guangzhou shows that primary school teachers do have a generalization of professional responsibility,and the reasons are complex.Based on this,this study attempts to provide an analytical framework for the generalization of teachers’ professional responsibility to help people rationally understand the professional responsibilities of teachers,thus providing a guarantee for a high-quality teaching staff and a healthy educational environment.Through the literature analysis method,the questionnaire method and the in-depth interview method,the current status of the generalization of teachers’ professional responsibility exists in the research object,mainly because the teacher is required to engage in some work that is not within the scope of the teacher’s professional responsibility.Affect the normal daily teaching work of teachers.The reasons for the generalization of teachers’ professional responsibility are as follows:the shallowness of professionalism,the limited ability of teachers and the high expectation of social development on education;in the multimedia era,the traditional concept of justice and benefit is not satisfied with water;The school management mechanism is not reasonable enough.The generalization of teachers’ professionalresponsibilities fully demonstrates that schools and parents’ society ignore or neglect the professionalism of teachers.In the long run,teachers’ professional autonomy and teachers’ professional identity are difficult to establish and maintain,which will seriously affect teachers’ high.The quality and efficiency of teaching work is not conducive to the professional development of teachers is not conducive to the high quality of teaching work,which may have a bad impact on the quality of learning of the entire school students.Through the analysis and discussion of the three research methods,try to make the following suggestions: First,publicize the rational understanding of the professionalism of teachers.Second,strengthen legal and policy education and try to provide legal protection.Third,develop a reasonable accountability mechanism for accountability;fourth,respect the boundaries of teachers’ professional responsibilities and create a healthy atmosphere.Fifth,cultivate and enhance the professional autonomy of teachers.
