Research On The Implementation Effect Of Vocational Education Industry Education Integration Policy In Huangshi City

The efficient implementation of the industry education integration policy of vocational education is not only the requirement of implementing China’s education development strategy,but also an important guarantee to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of local economy.Taking Huangshi’s vocational education industry education integration policy as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and education of vocational education in Huangshi,analyzes the implementation characteristics and existing problems of the integration of industry and education of vocational education in Huangshi,constructs the evaluation system of the implementation effect of vocational education industry education integration policy,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the implementation effect of Huangshi vocational education industry education integration policy in Huangshi,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation effect of Huangshi vocational education industry education integration policy.The research results show that:(1)The integration of industry and education of vocational education in Huangshi City has been continuously improved,but the quality of industry and education integration still needs to be further improved.The scale of talents cultivated by the integration of industry and education of vocational education in Huangshi continues to expand,and the government,vocational colleges,and enterprises jointly promote the continuous improvement of the integration of industry and education of vocational education.(2)Huangshi vocational education industry education integration policy focuses on multi-party linkage,integration into local development and training of compound skilled talents.(3)The overall implementation effect of Huangshi vocational education industry education integration policy is good,in which the policy itself has great advantages,and the implementation process and results are relatively good.However,there are some implementation deviations,such as insufficient resultant force of industry education integration,weak driving force of industry education integration and out of focus of supply and demand.In order to further improve the implementation effect of the integration of industry and education of vocational education in Huangshi,Huangshi should refine the policy content of the integration of industry and education of vocational education,cheering up the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the integration of industry and education of vocational education,building a "three-in-one" integration network of industry and education in vocational education.The policy of integration of industry and education should improve its own monitoring and evaluation mechanism.In order to further improve the implementation effect of industry education integration of vocational education in Huangshi,Huangshi should improve the integration of industry and education in vocational education and the matching between supply and demand,optimize the proportion of funds and establish supporting incentive mechanism,enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in industry education integration of vocational education,build a "Trinity" industry education integration network of vocational education,establish a collaborative cooperation mechanism and build a community of interests,and improve the implementation supervision and evaluation mechanism of industry education integration.
