As the fundamental task of education,moral education is also the fundamental standard of all school work.The high quality development of graduate education in colleges and universities needs to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation.As the undertaker of graduate education and the educator of high-level talents,the graduate tutor should take the initiative to undertake the responsibility of moral cultivation and carry it through the whole process of graduate cultivation.As a baton,evaluation plays an important role in guiding tutors to carry out the fundamental task of Educating human beings.Evaluation helps to promote graduate tutors to better fulfill their responsibilities of educating human beings and promote graduate education to a higher quality direction.This paper uses the literature research method to sort out the relevant literature research on moral education,so as to understand the current situation of moral education;uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out investigation and research,obtains the survey data of the importance of evaluation indicators through the questionnaires distributed to experts and scholars,and distributes them to experts and scholars.The questionnaires of the postgraduates in colleges and universities are used to obtain the data of the current situation of the tutor’s moral cultivation;the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used in the data processing to obtain the objective results of the moral cultivation evaluation.Through literature analysis and consultation with experts,professors and scholars,three first-level indicators were constructed,including comprehensive quality of tutors,the process of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and the activity of innovation and cultivating talents.Establish correct political orientation and cultivating noble ethics strengthen and cultivate excellent professional quality,promote graduate student ideological and political quality,strengthen graduate student society sense of responsibility,guide graduate students to graduate academic ethics,pay attention to humanistic care,to develop the innovative ability,cultivating graduate students graduate academic practice innovation capability,optimizing the condition of graduate student training and 10 secondary indicators The evaluation index system of 31 three-level indexes is presented.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index and provide the specific weight value for the evaluation work.Based on the evaluation index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to mentor moral education status evaluation,evaluation results show that the mentor in their moral quality,academic quality,guide graduate students to academic ethics performance is good,in academic and practice guidance,humanistic care,ideal faith education,cultivating four aspects: optimization of separation conditions exists room for improvement.Finally,the author puts forward improvement strategies from four aspects:government,school,tutor and student.The government should strengthen the propaganda and guidance of moral education and ensure the system;The school should carry out the idea of moral education and improve the management system;The tutor should enhance the sense of responsibility and do a good job in communication and guidance.Students should establish the subject consciousness and improve the initiative of learning and communication. |
