Agricultural Bank of China needs to improve its employees’ comprehensive ability through education and training and independent learning.Although Banks have invested a lot of money to buy books and organize regular training,the traditional education model still has many disadvantages.Students need to take up a lot of their own time to study independently,which makes it impossible to give consideration to both work and study,leading to increasingly prominent contradictions between work and study.From the perspective of the bank,the traditional training mode requires fixed training resources,and teachers need to prepare different training contents.Meanwhile,the follow-up training effect is difficult to track,and employees will not be able to continue their work during the training process.This mode of education and training requires high investment of resources,and the final results are not ideal.Based on the above reasons,Agricultural Bank of China proposes to establish ABC University Network College to solve these problems.This thesis mainly analyzes the problems existing in education and training of Agricultural Bank of China,and it clearly establishes the ABC University Network College.Through demand analysis,it clarifies the functional structure of the system.It completes the analysis of student center function,teacher center function and administrator center function through UML use case diagram.After that,it completes the overall design and detailed design of the system,and realizes ABC University Network College of Agricultural Bank of China by using tools such as Java and Oracle.Finally,it tests the system to ensure that the test passed.With the implements of the system,it realizes the sharing of education and training materials,optimizes the existing education and training process,and truly realizes the scientific management of education and training.Bank employees can study at any time and learn over and over again through We Chat public number and PC terminal,which breaks the time and place limit of learning.Through the system,it can carry out training in banking business,skills and other aspects,so that employees can participate in the training without leaving their posts,which not only alleviates the contradiction between work and study,saves the cost of education and training,but also greatly improves the training efficiency and benefit of bank employees.It can realize the real-time tracking of the effect of employee education and training,promote the improvement of training effect,and then improve the comprehensive ability of employees.
