| In the critical period of deepening reform of Education and the open market environment, the traditional teacher training concept and the organization of the implementation mode is gradually changing according to the rapid development of information technology. Based on the informationization, networking means of developing teacher training has gradually become the main means. Facing the rapid development of technology and teacher training’s needs to be deepened, the network training center has to consider how to formulate a long-term development strategy, so as to cultivate its own core competitive power, to maintain the competitive advantage. All these are in consideration of the national macroscopic policy effects, economic and social development and the teachers’ needs to enhance their ability. Therefore, this paper studies the development strategy of the network training center of national universities of Ministry of education of teachers. This has the profound theory and the practical significance to maintaining the national training center’s leadership in the system, continuing to do a good job in the national teacher training and teaching reform in the leading role, and making more contribution for our country to serve the professional development of teachers.This paper takes the network training center of national Ministry of education teachers as the research object. It studies from the angle of the education and training of teachers in our country, especially the particularity and the development strategy of informationization, networked environment based on teacher training. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the network training center development and the use of basic theory of development strategy, It plans the strategic development for the network training center. In the first part, this paper explains the background, research purpose and significance, theoretical basis, development strategy, research content and method, innovation point and the expected goal. The second part introduces the development and the present situation of the network training center. And analized the existing training mode, system construction and system construction problems comprehensively. The current development situation of the network training center is also introduced in this part. The third part analyses the macro policy environment, economic environment, social cultural environment of the network training center. It also analyses the operation of the education and training needs.
