| With the deepening of China’s higher education system reform,our country many regular schools run by the local undergraduate colleges and universities began to applied shift,in January 2019 issued by"The General Office of the State Council of the national vocational education reform implementation plan",according to the plan to further consolidate the modern economic system and employment environment of inner link,It is necessary to optimize the vocational education and training system by combining scientific and technological innovation elements,improve the overall professional ability of vocational education colleges,improve the training system,and establish a more targeted training system by deepening the layout[1].In fact,it also puts forward new requirements for the recruitment,training and selection of"double qualified"teachers(teachers with both theoretical teaching ability and practical teaching ability).As an application-oriented private college,XD college must comply with the development trend of China’s higher education reform,implement the basic task of Building Morality and cultivating people,further improve the education mechanism and evaluation mechanism of combining morality and technology and combining work and study,and strictly standardize the whole process of talent training.Only in this way can it be stable and far-reaching in the tide of education system reform.This study takes the experimental training teachers of XD College as the research object,relying on the performance management theory and competency model,constructs the index system and evaluation model of the competency evaluation of experimental training teachers of XD college,analyzes the typical problems existing in the evaluation of the competency of experimental training teachers of XD college and the focus of improving the competency of experimental training teachers,using Delphi method Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the competence of XD College Experimental Training Teachers:firstly,through literature analysis and interview,the competence evaluation index system of XD college experimental training teachers is preliminarily established,that is,the competence evaluation index system of XD college experimental training teachers composed of two-level index system,and the first-level index is"morality,ability,diligence,performance and honesty",The secondary indicators are the refinement of the indicators of"morality,ability,diligence,performance and integrity";Secondly,using the method of questionnaire,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to test the reliability and validity,it is finally determined that the index system of competency evaluation is composed of 5 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators;Third,determine the weight of each index by Delphi method,construct the competency evaluation model of experimental training teachers in XD college by using fuzzy evaluation method,conduct empirical research by using questionnaire survey data,and form the evaluation results into specific and comparable values,so as to provide support for the objective and comprehensive competency evaluation of experimental training teachers.The key points and possible innovations of this study are as follows:(1)in order to be comprehensive and accurate in the selection of competency evaluation indicators,we need to pay more energy and workload in the early literature analysis.(2)In the past research results on the competence of teachers in private colleges,there are few special research objects and problems for the competence of experimental and training teachers.This study constructs the competency evaluation model of experimental training teachers in XD college,evaluates the competency of experimental training teachers in XD college in combination with the actual investigation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of XD college,such as scientifically planning the introduction of teachers,establishing competency based training system and formulating targeted assessment system,which will help XD college improve the management level of experimental training teachers on the one hand,At the same time,it also has a certain reference significance for the performance management of colleges and universities in the same industry. |
