Investigation And Study On Teachers' Competency In Private Universities

With the popularization of higher education,more and more private colleges appear in the public view,the scale of these private colleges is expanding.However,in the process of the development of private higher education,there are many potential threats,such as the lack of enough financial support,strong teacher team mobility,and the difficulties of graduates employment.For the private higher education,the key to the development is to guarantee the quality of education,relying only on increasing the number of private colleges is difficult to improve the quality of education.If the private colleges want to improve their competitiveness in the education market,the quality of education should be regarded as the core,and the stable high-quality teachers are the key to improve the quality of education.The human resource management thought based on competency is used in the field of private colleges,which has important theoretical and practical significance to establish the competency model of teachers in private colleges.Based on the competency theory of teachers in private colleges,this study constructs the competency model of private college teachers by analyzing and studying the viewpoints of experts and scholars.Based on this model,this paper investigates the current situation of the competence of days lion college teachers.through the analysis of students and teachers,this paper explores the effective countermeasures to promote the competence of days lion college teachers.The first part summarizes the research background,purpose and the research status at home and abroad,explains the research methods and ideas.The second part defines the important concept of this paper,and expounds the theory in detail.In the third part,through the specific analysis of teachers' competency in private colleges,the competency of teachers in private colleges and universities is established,and the questionnaire is designed under the guidance of the model.The fourth part carries on the empirical analysis from teachers and students.The fifth part is the promotion countermeasures of teachers' competency in days lion college.According to the present situation analysis,this paper puts forward effective strategies to improve teachers' competency in private colleges from teachers' level,school level and social level.The attitude of these countermeasures is rigorous and serious,objective and realistic,has certain scientific and operability,and provides valuable reference for the cultivation and promotion of teachers' competency in other private colleges.The sixth part is the summary and prospect,summarizes the research results of this paper,points out the theoretical and practical significance of this study,and points out the deficiencies of this research,and finally prospects the development of this research.
