Since the reform and opening up,Chinese society has appeared the form of urban and rural dual system,the level of industrialization has been continuously improved,and the demand for labor force has soared.At the same time,there is a large number of surplus labor force in rural areas,and their economic sources are single.In order to increase family income and improve living standards,more and more rural people choose to work in cities,and their children can not enter the city to enter school,which leads to the formation of a special group of rural left-behind children.These children lack the care and care of their parents and relatives for a long time,which leads to their mental unhealthy and behavioral problems,which in the long run brings more adverse factors to the growth of children.There are many problems in rural left-behind children compared with other children.The most obvious problem in learning is the problem of weariness.The weariness of left-behind children not only affects their own development,but also affects the harmony of their families.Even in the stability of society has a major impact.According to accessibility and convenience,this study selected left-behind children in L villages of He nan Province as the research object,and explored the problem of left-behind children’s weariness of learning through group working methods.Social work is a self-help profession,after determining the research group,from the village affairs of L village open,found the information of 14 left-behind children in L village,using the low-age children weariness scale,screened out 8 service objects with weariness problem,through literature method,unstructured interview method and participatory observation way,found the specific performance and reason of left-behind children in school weariness;Guided by rational emotional therapy,ecosystem theory and advantage perspective,this group is divided into seven times,from the cultivation of learning interest,the teaching of methods and the transformation of communication methods.Finally,the activities are summarized,evaluated and reflected,and the results of social work intervention in children’s problems are summarized,evaluated and reflected,and suggestions are made from parents,teachers and children themselves to help children alleviate school weariness,Promote its healthy and happy growth.
