High school is a period of high incidence of depression,and its harmfulness is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,depression of high school students has become a common concern in the field of psychology and education.From the perspective of research,it is also in line with current research and practical needs to explore the impact mechanism of high school students’ depression and achieve effective prevention and intervention.This paper explore the relationship among trait mindfulness,cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression through a combination of questionnaires and case-based interventions,explores the specific mechanism,and provides research references for reducing depression in high school students.There are two parts in this study,in the first study,to conduct a questionnaire survey on1536 students in two high schools in Heilongjiang and Liaoning province by means of The Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Beck depression inventory-Ⅱ,the data were entered into the statistical analysis software SPSS 25.0 for analysis,such as common bias analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,etc.,to examine the relationships between trait mindfulness,cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression.In the second study,Individuals with higher scores on the Beck depression inventory-Ⅱ were drawn for intervention with mindfulness therapy,and the results are as follows:(1)Trait mindfulness was negatively correlated with negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies and depression,and positively correlated with positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies;depression was positively correlated with negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies,and negatively correlated with positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies related;(2)Positive and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies respectively plays a partial mediating role between trait mindfulness and depression;(3)Mindfulness therapy intervention can reduce the subjects’ depression level,improve the level of mindfulness,and improve their emotional regulation ability.
