With the continuous development of domestic education and scientific research computer network,efficient and convenient network service has become the basis for the development of major domestic universities and educational institutions,and the industry competition is also increasing.As the Operating units and manager of China education network,Company C gives full play to its advantages in talents and technology to provide users with all-round high-quality services including network access,network technology and network information.However,in recent years,there have been a series of human resource management problems,especially the confusion of talent recruitment process,which has formed a huge obstacle to the rapid development of C Company.Human resources have become one of the important resources that enterprise organizations must have.Once there is a problem,it will have a significant impact.Therefore,this paper focuses on the talent recruitment of Liaoning Branch of C Company,identifies and analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward targeted measures.This paper takes the Liaoning branch of Company C as the object to study the talent recruitment problem of the enterprise.Firstly,the background of the research enterprise is analyzed to provide background support for the research question;secondly,the theories of recruitment,recruitment management,recruitment process,recruitment channels,man-job matching model and hierarchy of needs theory are sorted out to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study;meanwhile,through a detailed description of the current situation of human resource management in Company C Liaoning Branch,combined with the contents of questionnaire survey and personnel interview At the same time,through a detailed description of the current HRM situation of Company C Liaoning Branch,combined with the contents of the questionnaire survey and personnel interviews,we identified the key problems in the talent recruitment process of Company C Liaoning Branch and explored the potential causes of the talent recruitment problems affecting Company C Liaoning Branch;on this basis,this paper focuses on the talent recruitment problems of Company C Liaoning Branch and proposes effective solutions,focusing on the recruitment requirements,recruitment plan,recruitment channels,recruitment selection assessment and recruitment management system to develop an optimization plan.Focusing on the efficiency of recruiting employees for specific types of positions;finally,to promote the smooth implementation of talent recruitment improvement measures,this paper proposes strategic,cultural,institutional and personnel guarantees.This study focuses on the perspective of talent recruitment,takes C Company Liaoning branch enterprises as a case,identifies the problems existing in the process of talent recruitment,and puts forward scientific solutions,trying to solve the human resources problems faced by C Company Liaoning branch.At the same time,we also hope to provide reference experience for other enterprises in the same industry. |
