In recent years,the talent recruitment of colleges and universities in Hubei Province has achieved remarkable results,which has effectively supported the high-quality development and "double first-class" construction of higher education in Hubei.However,due to information asymmetry,principal-agent and other reasons,adverse selection and rent-seeking can easily be caused in talent recruitment.Due to different interest demands,personnel departments,employers and candidates in provincial colleges and universities deduce multi category game behavior and even game chaos,which has become an important bottleneck restricting the improvement of the quality and efficiency of talent recruitment.In the new era of promoting the rejuvenation of the country through science and education and the rejuvenation of Hubei by talents,it is undoubtedly of great practical significance to systematically analyze the game problems in talent recruitment in Hubei provincial university,and put forward a package of targeted solutions for innovating talent introduction ideas,effectively improving the quality and efficiency of talent recruitment,and optimizing the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities.A Hubei provincial university is a typical provincial local university,which is merged and upgraded by colleges.It is located in a prefecture level city with underdeveloped economy.It has obvious disadvantages compared with the "double first-class" universities located in the provincial capital in terms of school running basis,teaching conditions,scientific research level,regional economic conditions and cultural environment.It is short of competitiveness in talent recruitment,especially in the introduction of high-level talents.It is not only extremely important but also extremely urgent to face up to the list of problems existing in A Hubei provincial university,properly handle the game problems,innovate talent recruitment mechanism and work plan,complete the annual talent recruitment plan with high quality,vigorously build the talent echelon of teachers,successfully pass the new round of undergraduate education evaluation of colleges and universities,and orderly promote the cultivation and construction of master’s degree points!At present,there are some problems in the talent recruitment of A Hubei provincial university,such as unscientific human resource planning,unclear division of responsibilities between employers and personnel departments,incomplete personnel selection methods,and lax post employment evaluation and management.Due to the inconsistency of interests,there are often game problems of adverse selection between candidates and employers,rent-seeking behavior supervision and post employment management between employers and personnel departments.Systematic research on the game problem in talent recruitment of A Hubei provincial university has important practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of talent recruitment.At the same time,it also has a certain reference value for talent recruitment of local colleges and universities in similar provinces.Based on this,benefiting from the author’s many years of work experience in the human resources department of A Hubei provincial university,this thesis attempts to apply the research method of game theory to the discussion of talent recruitment in A Hubei provincial university,analyze the typical game problems in talent recruitment,and analyze their typical cases from the in-depth perspective of colleges and universities.This thesis focuses on the interpretation of the adverse selection between the applicant and the employer,the rent-seeking behavior and the post employment management between the employer and the personnel department.By establishing the game model,drawing the pay-off matrix and analyzing and solving it,this thesis explores the paths of innovating and effectively solving the game problems,and proposes that employers can reduce the adverse selection problem caused by information asymmetry in talent recruitment by reducing the cost of information verification,improving the accuracy of information verification,and increasing the cost of candidates’ falsifying information;For the game of rent-seeking behavior,the personnel department should strengthen the supervision of the recruitment process of the employing unit;In view of the game of post employment management,it is found that the employer and the personnel department should have a win-win relationship,and the employer should actively carry out post employment feedback.On this basis,this thesis attempts to successfully apply the results of game analysis to the design of talent recruitment system of A Hubei provincial university,explores to solve the demand response of talent recruitment system from the source end and process end,puts forward innovative ideas to optimize the talent recruitment system,and creatively completes the demand analysis and function description of talent recruitment system of A Hubei provincial university for the first time,in order to lay a solid foundation for designing a big data platform for talent recruitment based on game analysis and facing multi-user groups,and explores a new solution to alleviate the game problems in talent recruitment in colleges and universities.Possible innovations of this thesis:(1)It is the first time to use game theory to analyze the common game behavior in talent recruitment in provincial colleges and universities,and try to put forward a package of targeted countermeasures to improve the talent recruitment chain in colleges and universities.Through the establishment of game model for game analysis,this thesis analyzes the game problems between candidates and employers,employers and personnel departments in talent recruitment in A Hubei provincial university,expands the application scope of game theory,and has certain research method innovation.(2)For the first time,the results of game analysis in talent recruitment in colleges and universities are successfully applied to the design of talent recruitment system in A Hubei provincial university.Based on the results of game analysis,this thesis puts forward the methods to optimize the talent recruitment system in colleges and universities,effectively reduce information asymmetry,rent-seeking and adverse selection,and improve the efficiency of talent recruitment in colleges and universities,which is innovative in practical application.
