| Under the tide of "Internet + education",the mixed teaching mode is widely used in colleges and universities to improve the teaching quality.Similarly,as one of the important abilities of the development of the teachers’ specialty,the instructional leadership plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to study the instructional leadership in colleges and universities in the mixed teaching mode to improve the teaching quality and promote the professional development of teachers.Based on the literature research method,this paper analyzes and summarizes the concept and characteristics of blended teaching,university teachers’ instructional leadership and university teachers’ instructional leadership under the blended teaching mode.Through research,the instructional leadership of university teachers under the mixed teaching mode can be defined as:under the mode of combining online teaching and offline teaching relying on Internet technology,university teachers take students’ learning practice as the object,and exert influence on each learner based on their own comprehensive leading quality,so as to achieve the teaching objectives of universities and improve the quality of mixed teaching.On this basis,this study takes the instructional leadership of university teachers under the mixed teaching mode as the research object,uses the qualitative analysis tool Nvivo,supplemented by literature research method to determine the index system of university teachers’ instructional leadership under the mixed teaching mode.the hierarchical model is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of each index is determined by consistency test.Finally,the instructional leadership model of university teachers under the mixed teaching mode is constructed.The instructional leadership model of university teachers under the mixed teaching mode includes five first-class indexes:teaching foresight,teaching decision-making,teaching control,teaching influence and teaching inspiration.It also includes five first-class indexes: common vision creation,teaching goal setting,teaching design planning,pre class planning,classroom control,teaching reflection,teaching environment control,teaching resource development and application,educational technology application and promotion,and teaching innovation There are 15 secondary indicators: learning interaction,teaching effectiveness,learning motivation,teaching specialty,personality ranking and value leading.In this study,questionnaire survey method is used to apply the model to practice to evaluate the current situation of instructional leadership development of university teachers under the mixed teaching mode.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,it is found that there are some problems in the practice of university teachers’ instructional leadership,such as the lack of planning ability,information technology application ability,teaching reflection ability,and the lack of emotional communication between teachers and students.According to the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement: schools should listen to the demands of all parties and establish a common teaching vision;teachers should reshape their ideas and take the initiative to integrate information technology into teaching;take teaching as the basis to improve teachers’ teaching reflection;and establish a new harmonious relationship between teachers and students. |
