With the development of modern vocational education becoming a national strategy,and then the professional development of vocational teachers began to receive special attention.The professional development of teachers in vocational colleges is a multidimensional process,which is the same as knowledge and ethics,in which power is also a basic dimension.The power of teachers in vocational colleges refers to the professional autonomy of teachers,which mainly embodies the autonomy of teaching or the freedom of teaching,and which also means that teachers are not subject to outside interference and control in teaching work.They can make choices,judgments and decisions freely.The legitimacy of professional autonomy is based on the professional training and the rich practical experience of teachers.In the real social space and real world,the professional autonomy of vocational college teachers will inevitably suffer from the real dilemma,such as the power of confusion,that the teacher is not aware of the professional autonomy associated with the profession,understands the deviation,the consciousness is indifferent,and thus is in a confused state;the power is limited,that the power is improperly intervened or even deprived;Abuse,that the use of power inappropriately and unrestricted,and has to some extent caused a negative impact.There are more complex reasons behind the plight of teachers in vocational colleges,which embodied in the social constraints of power,such as the shortcomings of laws and regulations,the low sense of social identity;the power of the school constraints,such as bureaucratic statute,quantitative assessment of thinking biased;power of self-control,such as the drag of teachers' professional quality and the absence of teachers' professional organizations.In order to better guarantee and exercise the professional autonomy of vocational college teachers,it is necessary to explore effective guarantee strategy.The construction of this strategy system is based on the basic framework of "social-school-teacher".Policy guarantee is to improve the laws and regulations and enhance the sense of social identity;school guarantee is to balance the power relations and return to academic field;self-assurance is to cultivate professional community and enhance professional quality.The connotation of professional autonomy of teachers in vocational colleges is constantly changing,and the guarantee strategy is dynamic.Vocational school teachers' professional autonomy and its guarantee can be explained and illustrated,supplemented and confirmed by the case of Qiyang Vocational Secondary School,which we can get some kind of inspiration.Vocational colleges based on the "double teacher" concept of teaching staff construction,should be given and ensure that teachers of professional autonomy.
