In the information age,accurate and personalized resources are becoming the core demands of most frontline teachers and students.A structural contradiction has gradually formed between the top-down educational resource construction model led by the government,schools and enterprises and the increasingly precise resource needs of the people.As a result,the educational resource crowdfunding model came into being,which uses the Internet platform to connect the resource supply and demand sides,and realizes the efficient and rapid circulation of educational resources between the demander and the supplier through the process of demand release,resource application,and resource adoption.However,whether the educational resource crowdfunding model can be widely promoted and applied is still limited by many factors,among which the quality management of resources is one of the primary factors.Quality is the lifeline of educational resources,and it carries the time and energy of resource demanders,users,evaluators and managers.If the quality is not guaranteed,crowdfunding resources will become water without a source,a tree without a root,and it is difficult to sustainably develop.Therefore,this article studies the quality management of crowdfunding digital education resources.Starting from the two dimensions,which are resource quality evaluation and control,this article in-depth explore the evaluation and monitoring of the quality of crowdfunding digital education resources.The specific research content is as follows.First,a framework for evaluating the quality of crowdfunding digital education resources has been constructed.The framework takes the five elements,which are evaluation objective,evaluation object,evaluation dimension,evaluation subject and evaluation method,as the core.Through combing,defining and analyzing the concept and connotation of each element,it provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation activities of crowdfunding digital education resources.Secondly,a quality evaluation index system for crowdfunding digital education resources has been constructed.Starting from the circulation process of crowdfunding resources,this indicator system puts forward four value dimensions that resources show in the three stages,which are production,product,and user.Using the literature research method,we further selected and set specific evaluation indicators for crowdfunding resources in the dimensions of production value,technical value,education value,and market value.Third,resource quality control strategies oriented to the crowdfunding process is designed.Starting from the three stages,which are project preparation,application management and project settlement,the specific processes and key links of each stage are sorted out in detail.Then,the system dynamics method is used to analyze the influencing factors of resource quality in each stage,and a high leverage to improve resource quality is obtained.Then,the corresponding quality control strategies are proposed,and the effectiveness of the project recommendation strategy is verified through simulation experiments.Finally,the quality management module of crowdfunding digital education resources was designed and implemented.The quality management module is divided into six key sub-modules:project application,review,project recommendation,resource evaluation,resource adoption and user management.After detailed analysis of the operation and maintenance logic and data flow of each sub-module,the function development and realization of it are carried out.The function and performance test results show that the quality management module of crowdfunding digital education resources can operate efficiently and steadily.
