In the process of volleyball teaching,due to the limitation of the traditional mode of teaching for a long time,there are such problems as individual teaching methods and means,lack of coherence in teaching content,and students will not apply the basic skills learned to practical competition,which leads to the worrying quality of volleyball classroom teaching.Therefore,it is very important to seek a teaching mode that is conducive to improving the current situation of volleyball teaching and innovating the traditional teaching design.The Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program emphasizes the teaching thought of "people-oriented" and takes into account the cultivation of students’ subjectivity.This paper expounds the structure and connotation of the model from the perspectives of curriculum and physical education.The requirement from the perspective of curriculum is to innovate the traditional teaching design,change the boring in the past,and aim to stimulate students’ interest in learning sports and improve the teaching effect.At the same time,the three key points put forward from the perspective of Physical Education(sports load,sports skills and physical exercise)also play a role in improving students’ physical health.This study takes the teaching design of Volleyball Course in junior middle school under the "Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program" as a research object,and the experimental junior middle school students in Jinan as the experimental object.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and according to the guiding ideology,teaching concept and the requirements of the Chinese health physical education curriculum model for teaching,this paper designs the teaching scheme of Junior Middle School Volleyball Curriculum under the "Chinese health physical education curriculum model",and applies it to practical teaching to verify the teaching effect of the model in junior middle school volleyball classroom,To some extent,it puts forward solutions for improving volleyball teaching methods and innovating volleyball teaching mode,provides reference for volleyball teaching reform,and provides some ways and ideas to improve the physical health of young students.This study draws the following conclusions:1.From the aspects of teaching design concept,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching design,combined with the three key points of China’s health physical education curriculum model,this study carries out the teaching design of Volleyball Curriculum under "China’s health physical education curriculum model".Through the teaching experiment,its teaching effect is remarkable.2.The application of Volleyball Course Teaching Design under the "Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program" failed to have a statistically significant impact on students’ body shape in a short time;3.Under the "Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program",the teaching design of Volleyball Curriculum can improve the physical function level of boys,but it has no obvious impact on the physical function of girls;4.Under the "Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program",the teaching design of Volleyball Curriculum has obvious advantages in improving the speed,explosive power,muscle endurance quality of male and female students and the core strength of female students;5.The teaching design of Volleyball Course under the "Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program" can improve students’ understanding of volleyball technology.Compared with the traditional teaching design,teaching under this teaching design can make students master volleyball technology more skillfully and move more standardized;6.On the whole,teaching according to the teaching design of Volleyball Course under the "Model of China’s Physical Health Education Program" has an obvious effect on improving students’ physical health and promoting the improvement of students’ Volleyball technical level.
