| The family is the cell of society,the foundation for building society,and also an important part of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Good family construction depends on good family education,today’s family education is facing new challenges,Family,school and society cooperate to educate people has become a social consensus,family education legislation also calls for improving the guidance system of family education.Taking S primary School as a sample,the author investigated the family education guidance work carried out by the school,and found that the family education guidance of S primary school established the concept of cultivating "partners".The establishment of a special family education guidance management department;The teacher in charge of the implementation of the main body of the important role;The contents of family education guidance are closely related to the goals of school running;The form of guidance combines collective guidance and individual guidance and develops guidance through various ways.It is found that the family education guidance of S primary school has problems such as imperfect management system,unscientific allocation of guiding factors,and mismatch between school supply and parents’ demand.In view of the existing problems,the author analyzes the causes of the problems: first,there is a misunderstanding of parents’ family education."Pragmatism" family education concept is widespread and the “tiger parenting”,the “rat race”,the “jump the gun” has become the norm.The onesided demand of parents for academic guidance still prevails.Parents have educational difficulties but do not actively participate in school guidance.Traditional concepts still affect family education.The concept of "raising but not teaching" still plays a role.Second,the teachers responsible for guidance in the school are not competent enough.The guidance strategy of the instructor depends on the teacher’s personal experience,which is blind and arbitrary.The training of instructors in schools is not sufficient,and there is a lack of systematic,professional and curriculum-based training.School evaluation mechanism is not perfect,lack of inspection,assessment and incentive.In order to optimize the guidance practice of family education in schools based on the reasonable needs of parents,this paper further investigates the actual needs of parents.Then the author puts forward three aspects of the optimization strategy.From the management dimension,it adjusts the management level line,establishes the resource coordination mechanism,unimpeded the demand feedback channel,optimizes the incentive evaluation process,and improves the supervision and supervision mechanism.From the dimension of parental participation,schools should reasonably guide parents’ needs,provide selective content,and adopt interactive forms.From the dimension of improving instructors’ competence,teachers’ competence can be improved by building a learning community for teachers,building a platform for family education guidance,teaching and research,carrying out professional and systematic teacher training,and improving the incentive mechanism for teachers. |
