Family education guidance refers to the process that kindergarten guides parents to educate their children.With the public’s emphasis on early education,the demand for family education guidance is increasing.Family problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the guidance of family education in kindergartens.The core question is: What is the optimal path of family education guidance in public kindergartens? The related questions are: What are the problems of family education guidance in public kindergartens? What is the cause? What optimization measures should be taken? Using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case study,this paper selects Nanning public kindergartens as the research object,and investigates the basic status of family education guidance in kindergartens.According to the policies and regulations of Family Education Promotion Law,combined with the educational theories of scholars at home and abroad,it studies from four dimensions: cognition of guiding ideology,guiding content,guiding form and guiding guarantee.It is found that the problems of family education guidance in public kindergartens mainly include: superficial cognition of guidance and lack of deep understanding;One-sided guidance and lack of overall planning;The form of guidance is solidified,lacking real effect;Insufficient guidance and guarantee,lack of long-term supervision.The main reasons are:policy implementation is not in place;The guidance process is not rigorous;The training mechanism is not perfect;Lack of guidance consciousness;Lack of guidance knowledge;Lack of guidance emotion.Therefore,the following corresponding measures can be taken: to enhance ideological cognition and optimize guiding concepts;Gather individual themes and optimize the guiding content;Enhance the educational effectiveness and optimize the guidance process;Improve the system guarantee and optimize the guidance and management.The innovation of this study lies in the novelty of the research perspective.Although family education guidance is a hot word in recent years,there is little direct research on family education guidance in kindergartens.The author’s related research can provide a new direction for the promotion of family education guidance in kindergartens and make family education guidance develop in a scientific direction.The shortcomings of this study are that the selection of research objects is not comprehensive enough,the analysis of policy documents is still a little immature,and the proposed optimization strategy of family education guidance can’t be verified personally for the time being,which still needs further exploration and excavation. |
