Under the new situation of education reform,China is gradually strengthening the campus tennis education,and began to gradually carry out pilot work in big cities.Popularizing tennis education in primary and secondary schools has been put on the agenda.High school students are in the period of rapid physical development,tennis courses can effectively improve their physical and mental health,but the traditional tennis teaching method can not solve the inherent drawbacks of tennis courses,so that the high school students as beginners understand and like to play tennis.The appearance of “play & stay Tennis ”has overcome the disadvantages of traditional tennis teaching methods,which can reduce the initial difficulty of tennis,and improve the fun of sports,so that high school students really like tennis,and feel the charm and fun of tennis.Temperament types are more effective research results of psychology,temperament restricts people's psychological activities,can make the whole psychological activities unique.Many researchers have found that applying the temperament types of students in teaching can achieve better teaching results and can give full play to the "student-centered" teaching thought according to the characteristics of students.Therefore,this paper uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,teaching experiment method and otherresearch methods,hoping to combine the temperament type of high school students and the “play & stay Tennis ” teaching method,compare with the traditional tennis teaching method,maximize the advantages and characteristics of “play & stay Tennis ” teaching method.The study concludes that:(1)High school students have improved their tennis skills and physical fitness,whether they accept the “play & stay Tennis ” teaching method or the traditional teaching method(2)The “play & stay Tennis ” teaching method can improve the tennis level of high school students more than the traditional tennis teaching method(3)Both the “play & stay Tennis ” teaching method and the traditional tennis teaching method,the Sanguine-phlegmatic mixed temperament type is more obvious than the Sanguine and phlegmatic quality high school students in tennis skills(4)High school students with phlegmatic temperament type had the worst ability to serve in the traditional tennis teaching situation,but the ability to serve in the “play & stay Tennis” teaching situation was better than that in the high school students with Sanguine-phlegmatic mixed temperament type(5)Whether using “play & stay Tennis” teaching method or traditional tennis teaching method,there is no difference between thethree temperament types of high school students in physical improvementBased on the results of the study,the following recommendations are made:(1)Developing the Teaching Method of “play & stay Tennis” in Middle School(2)Physical education should be combined with students' temperament types... |
