Flowing the progress of the society and the development of the education, parent s'desire for school education has been on the up and up, parent satisfaction with school has also changed. To find out the level of pupil's parent satisfaction with school and influencing factors, the questionnaire investigation for parent satisfaction with school by 520 students'parents from the elementary school D has been taken, the result:First,parent satisfaction with school is different in different aspects. Parent satisfaction with school is lowest in Environment and Sustainability aspect; Parent satisfaction with school is middle in Ongoing Management aspect; Parent satisfaction with school is highest in qualified teachers aspect; Parent satisfaction with school is higher in curricular structure aspect.Second, different attributes of parent has different effect on parent satisfaction with school. Parent natural information has effect on parent satisfaction with school; Student natural information also has effect in parent satisfaction with school; The school situation of child that parents feels has effect on parent satisfaction with school significantly; Participation of parents has effect on parent satisfaction with school high significantly.According to the result of investigation and Service Quality Model, author presents suggestions that paying attention to school itself and improving participation of parents,wich can improve parent satisfaction with school and promote harmonious development of school.
