Family and kindergarten are the two most important places for children’s growth and development,which have a long-term impact on children’s life.With the development of education in our country,more and more attention is paid to preschool education.Early childhood education has aroused extensive research in academia.The research topics and contents are very rich,and the research focusing on satisfaction has achieved certain results.From the perspective of kindergartens,the original purpose of its establishment is to obtain benefits.As consumers,parents’ satisfaction with kindergartens will directly affect the development of kindergartens.Parents’ satisfaction with kindergarten will be affected by many factors,such as the infrastructure construction of the kindergarten,the meals of the kindergarten,the teachers of the kindergarten,the results of the teaching activities of the kindergarten and so on.With the continuous development of my country’s economy,people’s needs are showing a trend of diversification.Parents are no exception.When choosing a kindergarten,they will take into account many needs and conditions.The number of kindergartens in my country is increasing.Competition,in order to occupy limited competitiveness in the market,kindergartens must improve word of mouth and parent satisfaction,and incorporate them into long-term strategic management.The research of this paper takes the parents of GUANGZHOU NQ kindergarten as the research object,adopts the questionnaire survey method and interview method,selects 335 parents to conduct a survey,and uses the perceived value model to evaluate the satisfaction of the parents of Guangzhou NQ kindergarten with the kindergarten.factors of parental satisfaction,and propose countermeasures for resolution and improvement.This paper constructs a perceived value model from the aspects of perceived benefits,perceived risks,and risk attitudes,compares perceived risks,and then evaluates parental satisfaction.After empirical analysis,the factors and existing problems that affect parents’ satisfaction are obtained,and further countermeasures are proposed.The research in this paper is an empirical study,taking a specific Guangzhou NQ kindergarten as the research object,collecting abundant survey data and information,and conducting mathematical analysis to evaluate parent satisfaction from two dimensions of perceived benefit and perceived risk.In the research process,the sample is firstly investigated,the characteristics of the NQ kindergarten parent sample are analyzed and descriptive statistics are made.Secondly,a satisfaction model is constructed using the theory of perceived value,and the satisfaction of parents is analyzed from the two aspects of perceived benefit and perceived risk,and the data is analyzed after flipping the matrix.Finally,through empirical research,combining theory and practice,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the parents’ satisfaction in Guangzhou NQ kindergarten.This paper proposes three countermeasures: First,from the perspective of reducing parents’ perceived risks,kindergartens should pay attention to teachers’ emotional labor management,strengthen leadership management and accident handling,so as to bring parents a sense of security.Second,from the perspective of improving perceived benefits,to improve teachers’ emotional labor,kindergarten management also needs to pay attention to the long-term development of kindergartens.Third,from a comprehensive perspective,kindergartens need to improve their organizational structure,promote good management of parents,teachers,and kindergartens,and improve parents’ satisfaction.
