In recent years,group reading has been gradually rising,because it has certain advantages in expanding reading volume and improving reading speed,and has received many scholars and front-line teachers.In recent years,there have been a lot of researches on group text reading teaching in academic circles.The current research mainly involves the strategies,models and evaluation system of group text reading in teaching.This study continues the research in this area,uses the action research method,discovers the problem in the elementary and middle school Chinese group text reading in the teaching,analyzes the problem appears the reason,searches for the problem solution method.This study takes T School,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province,a class in the seventh grade as the research object,in its language reading teaching group text reading teaching action research.The study is divided into four stages,namely,the analysis and planning stage,the implementation and adjustment stage,the observation stage of the action study and the evaluation and reflection stage.Before the action research,in order to grasp the current situation of students’ reading,students were tested in the experimental class.The questionnaire was mainly aimed at students’ reading habits,preferences and knowledge of group reading.The survey found that there were some deficiencies in the teaching of Chinese reading in junior middle school,such as inadequate reading methods,insufficient reading motivation and weak reading consciousness.Therefore,based on the current reading situation of students and combined with existing research materials,this action study proposes a relatively ideal teaching framework for group reading from the aspects of topic design,text selection and teaching methods.And this framework will be used in teaching practice,in practice observation,reflection,continuous improvement of group text reading teaching methods,so as to obtain better experimental results.At the end of the experiment,in order to test the effect of action,the students in the class were tested again through questionnaires and examination questions,so as to understand the effect of group reading teaching.Based on the action research of group text reading teaching in junior middle school,this paper reflects and anticipates the group text reading teaching in the end,and holds that the group text reading teaching should follow the following principles:issues should guide the teaching direction,text should establish the teaching quality,and strategy should promote the thought growth.
