With the development of the times,great changes have taken place in the field of education in China,and more attention has been paid to humanistic quality.Under this background,China put forward the "core quality system" as the key content of education.As far as history is concerned,five core qualities are put forward,including historical materialism,the concept of time and space,historical evidence,historical interpretation and feelings of home and country.In order to achieve high-quality development and give full play to the educational function of senior high school history education,it is necessary to reform the teaching methods according to this requirement.Problem-based teaching method is a commonly used teaching method in history teaching.It can help students cultivate their core competence in the process of finding,analyzing and solving problems.At present,there are many studies on the core literacy of history,but most of them are limited to its connotation,characteristics,etc.,and there is a lack of research that organically links the core literacy of history with educational practice.Starting from the core literacy of history,this paper discusses the method of cultivating students’ core literacy by using problem teaching method in history teaching.The full text consists of six parts.The introduction explains the research background of this paper,the necessity of implementing the core literacy of history,and how to implement the requirements of college entrance examination reform and new curriculum standards.On this basis,the research contents and methods of this paper are briefly expounded.The second part mainly expounds the related theories of the core literacy of history discipline and question-based teaching,mainly including the introduction and interpretation of the meaning of the core literacy of history discipline,the question-based teaching method and its positive influence on history teaching;The third part explores the present situation of problem-based teaching through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the results of the questionnaire.The fourth part,through research,finds that in the process of implementing problem-based teaching,it is seriously disconnected from the core quality of history and lacks consideration of the core quality,and analyzes the reasons for its problems;The fifth part focuses on the basic principles and strategies of senior high school history problem teaching based on the core literacy of history discipline;The sixth part,taking "The Strengthening of Monarchy in Ming and Qing Dynasties" as a case,elaborates the role of question-based teaching method in educational practice from four aspects,thinks about the teaching effect and defects of this teaching practice,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.According to the history curriculum reform and the new history curriculum standard,this paper discusses how to realize and develop students’ history core literacy in question teaching,that is,to fully implement the core literacy from teaching objectives,teaching objectives,teaching process and learning evaluation.Therefore,in the process of discussion,the author not only pays attention to the implementation of problem-based teaching to the core literacy of history,but also pays attention to how to optimize problem-based teaching under the background of the new history curriculum reform to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.
