Research background:With the continuous development of fitness methods and exercise equipment, using some exercise equipment to assist in aerobic exercise can effectively improve the fitness effect of aerobic exercise. For college students, how to choose a suitable exercise equipment for their fitness needs and how the use of exercise equipment can have a positive impact on their body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and muscle endurance has become the main research direction of this article.Research purpose:Through experimental research,to observe and compare the effects of continuous aerobic exercise with different sports equipment on the body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and muscle endurance of college students, and to reasonably select sports equipment for fat reduction, cardiopulmonary function training, and muscle endurance training,in order to meet the diverse aerobic training needs of college students.Research methods:This research adopts the methods of literature review, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The main research object is the experiment on the effects of continuous aerobic exercise with different sports equipment on body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and muscle endurance of male college students, with 36 male college students in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education as the experimental subjects.Research results:1.The control group did not undergo any intervention measures, and there was no significant difference in the test results before and after the experiment; The proportion of increase in body weight measurement before and after the experiment among the three experimental groups was 2.31%,3.47%,and 2.46%,respectively,with highly significant differences(P<0.01).In terms of waist to hip ratio indicators, the proportion of changes in the three groups of subjects was 1.09%,2.20%,and 1.10%,respectively.There was a highly significant difference(P<0.01)between the running group, and a significant difference(P<0.05)between the elliptical instrument group and the power bicycle group. The proportion of changes in BMI index among the three groups of subjects was 2.37%,3.34%,and 2.48%,respectively,with a highly significant difference(P<0.01).In terms of body fat ratio, the test results of the three groups of subjects before and after the experiment showed highly significant changes(P<0.01),but the proportion of changes in the running group was 9.52%,with the most significant change in this group.2.From the changes in HRmax within each group before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the power cycling group has the best improvement effect, with an average increase of 2.67 seconds per person, with a change ratio of 5.46%.The proportion of changes in the combination of ellipsometer running units was 3.98%and 2.68%,respectively,and there were highly significant differences within the groups(P<0.01).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements of the three groups of subjects before and after the experiment showed highly significant differences within the group(P<0.01),but the proportion of changes in the running group was more significant, with changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure being 6.30%and 3.79%,respectively.The resting heart rate measurement results of the three groups of subjects before and after the experiment showed highly significant differences(P<0.01),but the proportion of changes in the running group was more significant,at 4.39%.In terms of vital capacity, the running crew also had the best improvement effect before and after the experiment, with a per capita increase of 196.78ml,with a change ratio of 4.76%.However,there was a highly significant difference(P<0.01)in the paired sample T-test results of the three groups before and after the experiment.3.Three groups of subjects underwent continuous aerobic training using different sports equipment. After the experiment, there was a certain improvement in the flexor and extensor endurance ratios of the hip, knee, and ankle joints. However, except for the ankle extensor endurance ratio index, the running crew per person increased by 0.04,with a change rate of 7.55%.According to the paired sample T-test results within the group,P=0.043<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference. The remaining test results of the three groups of subjects showed relatively small changes in per capita scores before and after the experiment, and there were no significant differences before and after the experiment(P>0.05).Research conclusion:1.From the perspective of the proportion of changes before and after the body composition measurements of different intervention methods, the improvement effect of the runner should be more obvious.2.In terms of the cardiopulmonary function of different exercise devices, the power bicycle group had the best improvement of HRmax and the best improvement of blood pressure, quiet heart rate and lung capacity.3.The changes of hip joint in different sports devices are basically the same;in the change ratio of knee flexor endurance, the ellipse group is slightly less than the other two groups, and in the change ratio of knee extensor endurance, the change ratio of ankle flexor and extensor endurance is increased by the runner.
